Chief Minister
Tamil Nadu Government
Tamil Nadu
Yours Excellency,
Indian Fishermen Maritime Violation
You are conscious and attentive
to the laws against maritime violations. It is not sure whether your Anitha Radhakrishnan, Minister for Animal Husbandry Fisheries
Department is aware of Maritime laws. He already has one court case. Just to
unravel maritime law: Ref: https://www.state.gov/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/LIS-77.pdf
Maybe as CM, you could explain
these laws to your Minister. I am aware of Tamil Nadu Ministers' perceptions
and education. Of course, half of Sri Lankan ministers and MPs, do not have
even year ten qualification.
You are the son of a great
perceptive thinker, a graduate in history from Madras University and hold a
Doctorate from Annamalai University. You have a wider knowledge of history and
positive politics. I used to listen to MK’s speeches since I was 14 years old.
However, your son Uthayanithi cannot achieve your or your dad's level.
Quote: Each coastal State may claim a territorial sea that
extends seaward up to 12 nautical miles (nm) from its baselines. The coastal State exercises sovereignty over its territorial
sea, the airspace above it, and the seabed and subsoil beneath it. Ref: https://www.state.gov/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/LIS-77.pdf
For years the Indian fishermen
have been fishing in Sri Lankan waters depriving the lives of Jaffna Tamils. It
is not clear that your government is unable to make your fishermen understand
the laws and avoid fishing in SL waters. OR is this another democratic
calculating political task the Indian and SL government is playing? Victims are
the humans. Are the TN fishermen scared to encroach on the Andra Sea? Do
they fear for the Telugus that they will kill them?
