Over 34 Years of Military Occupation at KKS
and other Villages and Towns in Sri Lanka
I have written and sent letters
and Telexes since 1983 to the UN, regarding the atrocities the racial violence
and the mass murders of the Tamils in Sri Lanka (SL). Late Hon Rajiv Gandhi
solved the issues at least temporarily by signing an amendment to the
constitution after the NAM conference in October 1986. Our Tamils were not wise
enough to accept the solution then. (Prabakaran). In 2013 the Provincial
Council (PC) elections were held, and the Tamil politicians were not wise
enough to administer the PC the PCs were dissolved in 2019 and the GOSL was not
magnanimous enough to hold the PC election to soften and mitigate the tensions
in the minds of the Tamil people. What was agreed by Hon RG and JRJ was not
implemented.
Since the war, GOSL commandeered
lands belonging to the Tamils. The commandeering of the lands of the Tamils was
to gear support from the Sinhalese quarter and get votes. A minor percentage of the acquired land was
handed over to the Tamils in March 2024 after 34 years. The state of the lands

Although the narration is in
Tamil, the pictures reveal what the military has done to the houses and lands.
Sri Lankan third-world mentality
has a mindset of getting votes and support. This is an illusion of the SL
politicians. Planning an election in 2024, the GOSL had released the lands to
the Tamils in the North thinking that they would get support from the Tamils.
This would never happen. We are in the 21st century; technology and social
sciences have advanced tremendously. The GOSL can't cheat the Tamils as goats
and Sheep anymore. The Plantation workers, who are the foreign exchange earners
of this country are suffering with very little pay and without basic needs and
drinking sewage polluted water. It is quite demoralising and heart-breaking to
study the happenings in SL as far as the Tamils are concerned.
What makes the GOSL cheat the
Tamils? Tamils have been living on the island for several thousands of centuries.
The Sinhalese want the Tamils eliminated once and for all.
GOSL obtained a foreign
loan from the IMF. What is the GOSL using the loan for? To purchase luxury
cars, luxury goods, and unwanted items. This confirms that the GOSL is not
mature enough and incompetent in managing its finances.
IMF does not function to give loans to poor countries
for their luxury needs.
Israel is killing civilians
in Gaza and Palestine to show their Zionist muscle and eliminate the Gazza and
Palestine people. Is this fair and just?
Tamils have suffered for
the last 76 years. It is an appeal, Sirs, that the UN and IMF should intervene
in the affairs of the GOSL and Israel.
A large meteor, if hits Israel
and the US, will destroy the lands and the earth. Well, the meteor could be
destroyed by missiles, however, the meteor could sprinkle and drop the pieces
onto the earth and destroy them. Earth is already wobbling and may destroy
itself. Then who do these countries intend to destroy?
Earth’s average orbital velocity
is 107,200 km/hr. The orbital velocity could increase and subject the earth to
move out of its orbit and then where can the Sinhalese and the Jews go?
It is an appeal to the UN and IMF
that they should order SL and Israel to govern like humans and not animals.
This cannot be considered an effective
and efficient governing as the IMF has given loans and the GOSL is not wise
enough to spend and govern the country wisely.
The situation has worsened and
corrupted to the level that Tamils are moving out of SL and will be a burden to
the West. The recent killing by De Zoys of the members of Wickremesinghe in
Ottawa will project the culture of the Sinhalese.
It is time now for the
Tamils to get their country called Tamil Eelam to be relieved of the atrocities
of the Sinhalese and develop their country. We have confidence that Tamil Eelam
will be developed and will not beg for loan(s). It is beyond reality that
Tamils can live with the ruthless Sinhalese.
