Hon Chief Minister,
Secretariat,
Tamil Nadu Government,
Dear Hon CM and the Council of Ministers (COM),
I would like to present a few points for your consideration. You are a
young leader who became Chief Minister after a career in the film industry. In
cinema, actors often make grand promises, but can all of them be fulfilled?
Like fighting with a Hyena. Further, its
acting. Verses are already written by writers. There is a difference between an
educated person leading the team rather a half-baked person. Those people may
like to act like that in a movie. Just a comment for reality. In the film industry, actors are often known
for their grand promises and ambitious performances. They promise to deliver a
captivating portrayal of a character, to bring a narrative to life in a way
that has never been seen before. However, the reality is that not all these
promises can be fulfilled. The film industry is a complex ecosystem with
numerous variables that can impact the final product. These include budget
constraints, scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, and even the actor's
own performance.
Similarly, in politics, as a
Chief Minister, there are numerous promises and commitments that one might
make. These could range from infrastructure development, economic reforms,
social welfare programs, to environmental initiatives. However, just like in
the film industry, not all these promises can be fulfilled. The reasons could
be numerous - political will, resource limitations, unforeseen circumstances,
or even opposition from other stakeholders.
Moreover,
the nature of politics often requires a balance between promises made and
promises kept. It's a delicate dance between maintaining public trust and
delivering on commitments. Therefore, while it's important to have ambitious
goals and promises, it's equally important to be realistic and pragmatic in
their execution.
In conclusion, while grand
promises can be made in both the film industry and politics, the ability to
fulfill them depends on a multitude of factors. It's a challenge that requires
careful planning, resource management, and adaptability. As a young leader, I
believe it's crucial to set realistic goals, communicate transparently with the
public, and strive for continuous improvement. Some of the Directors in the
film industry are not even qualified.
- I consider “Reasoning”
shall be included in the decision-making process in politics. It may not
be applicable to laymen.
- Deductive reasoning.
- Inductive reasoning.
- Analogical reasoning.
- Abductive reasoning.
- Fallacious reasoning
This is not my intent to
advise a great nation like India with a great leader Hon Narendra Modi who is
declared a great leader.
First, please do not act precipitous
like that in cinema. Acts must be planned, discussed by the group and decided.
Your decision on the TASMAC (liquor shops) close was irrational. Planning and closing
in a linear manner would have been successful. There is a significant
difference between stable and unstable equilibrium. Appointing someone as the government
சாத்திரி was dictatorial, irregular and illegal.
I throw a challenge to you Mr.
CM and the COM. I give below the definition of the three different terms with
respect to citizens;
Ethnicity; Reference web;
Ethnicity refers to a shared cultural
identity among a group of people. This identity is often based on common
ancestry, language, religion, traditions, and history. Ethnic groups typically
maintain their distinct cultural practices and values, even when they live in a
larger, more diverse society. It's important to note that ethnicity is
different from race, although the two terms are often used interchangeably.
Race is usually associated with physical characteristics such as skin colour,
hair texture, and facial features, while ethnicity is more about cultural and
social factors.
Race: Reference web; Race is primarily a social construct used to
categorize people based on perceived physical traits (like skin colour or
facial features), ancestry, and shared social history. While once mistakenly
thought to have biological roots, modern science considers it a way societies
organize identity rather than a valid genetic classification.
Caste: A caste is a hereditary and
rigid system of social hierarchy in which a person’s status, occupation, and
marriage prospects are determined by birth. It operates as a closed structure
with little or no social mobility and is most associated with traditional Hindu
society in South Asia. The English word "caste" comes from the
Portuguese term casta, meaning "lineage," "breed," or
"pure/unmixed stock." In the 16th century, Portuguese traders used
this term to describe the hereditary occupational groups they encountered in
western and southwestern India.
Objective and logical
reasoning: What is the objective of having a clause “Caste” in every
application form. Does the government want to oppress and discriminate if they
are lower caste members of the public? I remember Dalit students were murdered
within the compound of the Madras Law College during Jayalalitha’s period. I
did write a letter protesting the atrocity. In Assam a girl was stripped naked,
chased and murdered. What a dam foolish country is India although they pray
as if they are the only country having a god(s). It is a challenge that your
administration should remove the clause “Caste” from all application, if not we
consider that your government has failed. May be ethnicity because TN is full
of other state cockroaches residents eating Tamils hard earn funds, and
destroying the natures assets of TN. I salute Mr. SA Chandrasekar on his decision
at a school to fill the caste column.
Free electricity: Nothing goes free. Your mathematicians can
do an analysis and come up with a lower unit charge so that everyone can enjoy competitively
priced electricity. Well, I lived in Vellore in 1984. The tube lights will
light only after 9pm, cos of the voltage drop. Your engineers could solve by installing
consumer transformers, however they did not.
In 2026, 85.1 % of the people
voted, while in 2021 only 76.65% voted. The difference could be because of
crossing the voting age limits or the lower-class poor people
were advised to come forward to vote by promising several free gifts. Those
people will be expecting those free facilities in the coming years.
People say MGR is the
greatest. However, he is the lowest grade politician. While in Vellore, in 1984
people said that MGR promised that சேரி வீட்டு மக்களை மாடி வீடு மக்களாக்குவேன். They said that it went the other way. Those
poor people ended up in the drain. One of the total irrelevant acts by MGR was
to introduce the “சத்துணவு திட்டம்”.
This opened free way for everyone to plunder wealth. Every hooligan became rich
during MGR and Jayalalitha’s period. May be your administration could monitor
the expenses.
Maritime Territorial
rights.
Indian fishermen encroach Sri
Lankan territorial limits and catch sea foods. Are they scared to go North?
Katchatheevu
Katchatheevu belongs to Sri
Lanka. Please do not attempt to open any negotiation that may cause conflicts.
Maintaining the caste
identification in India; India will never ever grow like that of the West. This
is the most foolish act in theory and practice by idiots.
Environment: India lacks on
environmental management. People spit wherever they want, urinate and throw
garbage etc. TN should do something about environmental management. Lease
expect your engineers to study the recycling of garbage to generate electricity
in Singapore. Garbage is filled everywhere and no environmental plan is in
place in TN.
Sewage Treatment: While at Tiruchendur,
I observed sewage floating in sea near the temple and people were bathing. I
decided not to go to Tiruchendur and Chidambaram. TN could plan on sewage
treatment plan to recycle the effluent and the solid dried sewage as
fertilisers.
We wish you to settle with
your family and the two kids at Boyce Garden and carry out the duties of the CM
effectively. May Lord bless you and your family.
Yours Sincerely
