ஒரு காலத்தில் இலங்கைக்கு தமிழர்களே பொறுப்பு என்று கருதப்பட்டது. எவ்வாறாயினும், அவர்கள் இலங்கைக்கு இழப்பீடு இல்லை, ஆனால் அவை இலங்கைக்கு சொத்துகளாக மாறிவிட்டன. எப்படி? 2009 போரின் விளைவாக தமிழர்கள் இலங்கையை விட்டு வெளியேறினர். 2022 ஆம் ஆண்டு நல்லூர் ஆலய திருவிழாவின் மூலம் இலங்கைக்கு 400 மில்லியன் டொலர்களுக்கு மேல் அந்நிய செலாவணி வருமானம் கிடைத்துள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தொண்டைமன்னார் முருகன் கோவிலுக்கு இன்னும் சில மில்லியன் டாலர்கள் இருக்கலாம். கதிர்காமம் சில மில்லியன்களாக இருக்கலாம். தமிழர்கள் மிகவும் மதவாதிகள் மற்றும் மத நடவடிக்கைகளில் பொய் சொல்ல மாட்டார்கள். அவர்கள் எங்கிருந்தாலும் திருவிழாக்களுக்கு யாழ்ப்பாணம் மற்றும் கதிர்காமத்திற்குச் செல்வார்கள். அராலி வடக்கு முருகன் கோவில் திருவிழாக்களில் கூட கனடா, இங்கிலாந்து, அமெரிக்கா ஆகிய நாடுகளில் இருந்து தமிழர்கள் இலங்கைக்குள் நுழைகிறார்கள். அதுதான் முருகன், சிவன், விஷ்ணு ஆகியோருடன் தமிழ் மதப் பிணைப்பு.

எனினும், சிங்கள சமூகம் மதவாதிகள் அல்ல, எனினும், அவர்கள் தமிழர் பகுதிகளுக்குள் ஓட்டிச் சென்று புத்தரின் பெயரில் நிலத்தைக் கைப்பற்றுவதில் கவனம் செலுத்துகின்றனர். அதனால்தான் புத்தபெருமான் பெரும்பாலான சிங்கள மக்களுக்கு பொது அறிவும் புத்திசாலித்தனமும் அருளவில்லை.

சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு

சட்டம் & ஒழுங்கு மற்றும் நீதி பற்றி விவாதிப்போம்.

சிங்கள சமூகமும் சரத் வீரசேகரவும் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டிய ஒரு கருத்து என்னவெனில், இந்த தீவு யக்க, வேடர் மற்றும் நாகர்களுக்கு சொந்தமானது. சிங்களவர்களால் அந்தப் பழங்குடியினரிடம் தீவைத் திரும்ப ஒப்படைக்க முடியுமா? இப்போது சிங்களவர்கள் தாங்கள் பெரும்பான்மை என்று கூறுகின்றனர், தீவு சிங்கள பௌத்த நாடு என்பது தவறான கூற்று.

தற்போதைய காலகட்டத்தில் வடக்கு, கிழக்கில் தமிழ் இனமே பெரும்பான்மையாக உள்ளது. எனவே பெரும்பான்மை ஆட்சியின் நடைமுறை, வடக்கு மற்றும் கிழக்கில் சிங்களவர்களால் தங்களுடைய விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப தகடுகளை கட்டுவதற்கும் இன அச்சுறுத்தல் மூலம் காலனித்துவத்தை மேற்கொள்வதற்கும் உரிமை கோர முடியாது. இங்குதான் " நீதி " என்ற சொல் வருகிறது. சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு பெரும்பான்மையினரால் அவர்களின் வினோதங்களுக்கும் மாயைகளுக்கும் ஏற்றவாறு வரையப்பட்டது.

காஞ்சனா விஜேசேகர

ரொஷான் ரணசிங்க மற்றும் மஹிந்த அமரவீர : இவர்கள் க.பொ.த. அவர் இலங்கையில் விவசாய நிலை பற்றிய மதிப்பாய்வை சமர்ப்பிக்க முடியுமா? விவசாயத்தில் ஏதேனும் முற்போக்கான சிந்தனைகளுக்கு அவர் பங்களித்திருக்கிறாரா? இலங்கையில் எத்தனை ஆறுகள் மற்றும் ஓடைகள் உள்ளன என்பது அவருக்குத் தெரியுமா? விவசாயத் துறையில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் நிலத்தின் பரப்பளவு என்ன? இலங்கையில் எவ்வளவு நெல் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படுகிறது? SL இல் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படும் என்ன பொருட்கள் சமூகத்தால் நுகரப்படுகின்றன? பௌத்தத்தை முன்னெடுப்பதிலும், குப்பையாகப் பேசுவதிலும் ஆர்வம் கொண்டவர். விளையாட்டுகளுடன் நீர்ப்பாசனம் எவ்வாறு கலக்கலாம்?

பொது பொருளாதாரம்

அதேபோல், லஞ்சம் மற்றும் ஊழலுக்கு வழிவகுக்கும் அமைச்சரவை அமைப்பதில் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க குறைபாடுகள் உள்ளன. மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஷ 2004 ஆம் ஆண்டு இலஞ்சம் மற்றும் ஊழலின் ஊடாக தனது நிதிக் குவிப்பை ஆரம்பித்து ஜனாதிபதி மட்டம் வரை அரசியலில் வர முடிந்தது. இலங்கை பாராளுமன்றத்தில் முட்டாள்களின் முட்டாள்தனத்தையும் புத்திசாலித்தனத்தையும் சீனா குறிப்பிட்டது மற்றும் கடன்கள் மூலம் நாட்டை விழுங்க முடிந்தது. இலங்கை இன்னும் கடன் மற்றும் உதவிக்காக உலக நாடுகளிடம் கெஞ்சுகிறது. இலங்கையில் உள்ள அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கு இலங்கை பௌத்த நாடு என்று தம்பட்டம் அடித்துக் கொண்டு பிச்சை எடுக்க வெட்கமில்லையா? சரி, புத்த பிக்குகள் எப்படியும் பிச்சை எடுக்கிறார்கள்.

"சங்கரி" என்று அழைக்கப்படும் நபருக்கு 89 வயது. அவர் எப்படியோ தனது மகனை ரொறன்ரோவுக்குத் தள்ளி ஒன்ராறியோ அரசியலில் சேர்த்தார். இல்லையெனில், சங்கரி இலங்கையில் என்ன செய்வார்? அவருக்கு அறிவும் அறிவும் இருக்கிறதா? இலங்கையின் அரசியலுக்கு TULF ஒரு சொத்தா அல்லது பொறுப்பா? அவர் தமிழர்களுக்கு ஒரு உதாரணம்.

 

சம்பந்தர்

அவர் தந்திரமான புத்திசாலித்தனம், சுயநலம் மற்றும் சுயநல நோக்கங்களைக் கொண்ட மற்றொரு வயதான கோழி. தமிழ் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்பு இலங்கை அரசியலுக்கு சொத்தா? தமிழீழத்தை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு பாராளுமன்றத்தில் இருக்கக்கூடிய வகையில் தீர்வை இழுத்தடிக்கவே தமிழ்த் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பு விரும்புகிறது.

தமிழர்கள்

இலங்கையில் மூன்று வகையான தமிழர்கள் உள்ளனர். 1. உயர் உயரடுக்குகள், 2.             உயரடுக்குகள் 3. உழைக்கும் வர்க்கம் நடுத்தர மற்றும் கீழ் சாதியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

ஆங்கிலேயர்களுடனும் சிங்களவர்களுடனும் கலந்து கொழும்பில் குடியேறியவர்கள் மேல்தட்டு வர்க்கத்தினர். அந்த வகுப்பினர் ஆங்கிலேயர்களையும், சிங்கள அரசியல்வாதிகளையும் உறிஞ்சி உறிஞ்சி தங்கள் குடும்பத்தைக் கவனித்து வந்தனர். அவர்கள் வடக்கிற்கு வருவதில்லை. ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் சில உடைந்த தமிழ் பேசுங்கள். எனினும் இனக்கலவரம் ஏற்படும் போது மீட்புக் கப்பலில் வடக்கே ஓடுகின்றனர்.

உழைக்கும் வர்க்கம்: தமிழர்கள் வாழ்வதற்கு உணவை உற்பத்தி செய்து அவர்களுக்கு சேவை செய்யும் தமிழர்கள், நடுத்தர / தாழ்ந்த சாதி என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறார்கள். அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் “தமிழீழம்” என்ற பெயரில் மூளைச்சலவை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர். ஒரு அரசியல் கட்சியின் தொழிலாள வர்க்க உறுப்பினர் உயர்குடியினரைத் தவிர கட்சியில் எந்த கருத்தும் இல்லை. அவர்களில் ஒருவர் எம்.பி.துரைரட்ணம் மற்றவர் சிவாஜிலிங்கம்.

தமிழர்களுக்குத் தமிழீழம் என்ற நாடு தேவை, குறிப்பாக எஸ்.ஜே.வி.செல்வநாயகம் என்று தாழ்த்தப்பட்டத் தமிழர்களின் மூளைச்சலவை செய்ய வல்லவர்களால் முடிந்தது. டாக்டர் நாகநாதன் இந்தியாவில் குடியேறினார், 1948 இல் சுதந்திரத்திற்கு முன் யாழ்ப்பாணத்திற்கு வந்து அரசியலில் ஊடுருவினார். எஸ்.ஜே.வி.சி மற்றும் நாகநாதன், அமிர்தலிங்கம் மற்றும் அவர்களது கூட்டாளிகளை அரசியலில் தக்கவைக்க இன முரண்பாடுகளை விதைத்த குற்றவாளிகள்.

டி.எஸ்.சேனநாயக்கவும் டட்லி சேனநாயக்கவும் பல அரசியல்வாதிகளில் சிறந்தவர்கள் மற்றும் ஐக்கிய தேசியக் கட்சி சிறந்த அரசியல் கட்சி என்பதுடன் ஒற்றுமை மற்றும் தேசிய புரிதல் என்ற பெயரில் மறைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

வடக்கில் உள்ள தீவுகளின் வலையமைப்பில் மட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட இலங்கையில் இன வெறுப்பை உருவாக்கியவர்கள் தமிழர்கள். தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட சாதியினர் கோயில்களுக்குள் நுழைய அனுமதிக்கப்படாததால் தமிழர்கள் எல்லா இடங்களிலும் சாதிக் கட்டமைப்பின் அடிப்படையில் சிறிய கோயில்களைக் கட்டுகிறார்கள். தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட தமிழர்கள் அரசியலுக்கு வருவதை மேல்தட்டு மக்கள் விரும்பாதது ஏன்?

கூட்டாட்சி கட்சி

அதே SJVC 1947ல் மாநில கவுன்சிலில் இருந்தது. அவர் பிரித்தானியரிடம் SL க்கு ஒரு கூட்டாட்சி கட்டமைப்பை கோரியிருக்கலாம். அவர் கோரவில்லை. SJVC க்கு அரசாங்கம் ஒரு இலாகாவை ஒதுக்கத் தவறியதால், அவர் 1949 இல் "ஃபெடரல் கட்சி"யை உருவாக்கினார். SJVC கூட்டத்தால் தமிழர்கள் ஏமாற்றப்பட்டனர், மேலும் பொது மக்களுக்கு கருத்துகளைப் புரிந்து கொள்ளும் புத்திசாலித்தனம் இல்லை என்பது உண்மையில் கொதிக்கிறது. தவறாக வழிநடத்தும்.

இது இப்போது 74 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேலாகிறது, சுதந்திரத்திற்குப் பிந்தைய 75 ஆண்டுகளை நெருங்கிவிட்டோம், இன்னும் நாம் இனம் சார்ந்த பார்வையாளர்கள் மற்றும் கற்பனை உலகில் வாழ்கிறோம். 22 மில்லியன் மக்களுடன், SL ஆனது zero dollars forex என்ற சாக்கடையில் இறங்கியது என்பதை தமிழ் முட்டாள் அரசியல்வாதிகளால் இப்போது புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியவில்லையா? கூட்டாட்சிக்காக தமிழர்கள் பிரச்சாரம் செய்ய வேண்டுமா?

74 ஆண்டுகாலப் போராட்டத்திற்குப் பிறகு, 2021-ம் ஆண்டு பொருளாதாரச் சரிவுக்குப் பிறகு, கூட்டாட்சி ஆட்சி முறை பொருளாதார ரீதியாக சாத்தியமானது என்று நினைக்கிறோமா? தமிழ் ஈழம் சாத்தியமானது என்று நாம் இன்னும் நினைக்கிறோமா? 49% தமிழர்கள் N&Eக்கு வெளியே வாழ்கின்றனர். GOSL வாக்கெடுப்பு நடத்தினால், பெரும்பான்மையானவர்கள் கியூபெக் போன்று இலங்கையுடன் இருக்க வாக்களிப்பார்கள் என்பது உறுதி.

மேல்தட்டுத் தமிழர்கள் பிரிவினைக்கு ஆதரவாக இல்லை.

உயர்சாதியினர் தமிழ் ஈழத்திற்கு ஆதரவாக இல்லை. அவர்கள் பாராளுமன்றத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்பது போலத்தான் நடந்து கொள்கிறார்கள்.

படிக்காதவர்களும் தாழ்த்தப்பட்டவர்களும் ஆதரவாக இருக்கலாம், இருப்பினும், ஒரு நாட்டின் பொருளாதாரத்தை நிர்வகிக்கும் அறிவு அவர்களுக்கு இல்லை.

சொத்துக்கள்

SL க்கு FOREX அனுப்புவதால் தமிழர்கள் SL க்கு ஒரு சொத்து. 2009 போரின் காரணமாக பெரும்பாலான தமிழர்கள் இலங்கையை விட்டு வெளியேறியுள்ளனர்.

சிங்கள புலம்பெயர்ந்தோர் கடின உழைப்பாளிகள் மற்றும் அவர்கள் இலங்கைக்கு எந்த FOREX ஐ அனுப்புவதில்லை.

பொறுப்பு

சிங்கள ஊழல் அரசியல்வாதிகள் இலங்கைக்கு பொறுப்பு.

கோட்டாபயவும் ராஜபக்சவும் ஒரு பொறுப்பு.

குற்றவாளிகளும், குற்றவாளிகளும் பணம் சம்பாதிக்கவும், பணக்காரர்களாகவும் அரசியலுக்கு வருகிறார்கள். எழுத்தாளரைப் பொறுத்த வரையில் தமிழ் அரசியல்வாதிகள் குற்றவாளிகள், சட்டத்தை மீறுபவர்கள் மற்றும் குற்றவாளிகள் அவர்கள் சொத்து அல்ல.

தீர்வு

1.     பொருளாதார நெருக்கடி மற்றும் பொருளாதார நிலை ஆகியவற்றின் அடிப்படையில் மாகாண சபையின் தீர்வை அனைத்து தரப்பினரும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வது முறையானது. பொருளாதார சூழ்நிலைக்கு ஏற்ப பத்து கணினிகள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளக்கூடிய எண்ணிக்கையாக குறைக்கப்படும்.

2.     இலங்கையில் மத மேலாதிக்கம் இருக்கக்கூடாது.

3.     நரம்பியல் அமைப்பில் குறைவான வளங்களைக் கொண்ட சரத் வீரசேகர போன்ற அரசியல்வாதிகள் பௌத்த மாயைகளை புகுத்தி சிங்கள மக்களின் கவனத்தை திசை திருப்ப மாட்டார்கள்.

4.     விமல் வீரவன்ச போன்ற அரசியல்வாதிகள் கிளர்ச்சியூட்டுவதை விட மக்களுக்கு பங்களிக்க வேண்டும்.

5.     மேலும், இலங்கையில் உள்ள அனைத்து மனிதர்களும் தங்கள் மூளையை நேர்மறையான முடிவுகளுக்கு பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

6.     தமிழ் அரசியல் கட்சிகள் ஈழம் என்ற வார்த்தையை நீக்க வேண்டும். எ.கா., ஈழ மக்கள் புரட்சிகர விடுதலை முன்னணி. இந்த கட்சியுடன் என்ன வார்த்தைகள் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன? EPDP, TELO, PLOTE, FP, TULF போன்றவை அரசியல் அமைப்பில் சீர்குலைவு மற்றும் குழப்பத்தை ஏற்படுத்துகின்றன.

7.     சங்கரி, சம்பந்தர், மாவி சேனாதிராஜா போன்றவர்கள் ஓய்வு பெற்று உறங்க வேண்டும்.

8.     ஸ்ரீலங்காவில் பிசிக்களுக்கான தேர்தல்கள் நடத்தப்படட்டும், இன அச்சுறுத்தல் இன்றி மக்கள் ஒற்றுமையாக வாழட்டும்.

9.     அரசியல் கட்சிகளுக்கு கொடுப்பனவுகளை GOSL நிறுத்தும்.

10.  கோட்டாபயவையோ அல்லது ராஜபக்சவையோ அரசியலுக்கு கொண்டுவந்தால் நாடு பொருளாதார ரீதியாக அழிந்துவிடும்.

11.  பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் இருந்து வரும் இளைய தலைமுறையினர் இலங்கையில் அரசியலைக் கையிலெடுக்கட்டும்.

12.  இலங்கைக்கு தேவையானது சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கை பராமரிப்பதற்கு கூடுதலாக நீதி .

Assets Versus Liability AND Bribery & Corruption

At one period, it was assumed that Tamils were the liability for Sri Lanka. However, no more they are the lability to SL, but they have turned to be assets to Sri Lanka. How? The 2009 war has resulted in Tamils moving out of SL. It was reported that the Nallur temple festival in 2022 resulted in Sri Lanka earning over 400 million dollars in foreign exchange. The Thondaimannar Murugan temple another few million dollars maybe. Kataragama may be a few million. Tamils are quite religious people and do not lie in religious activities. Wherever they are they will scud into Jaffna and Kataragama for the festivals. Even the Araly North Murugan temple festivals Tamils from Canada, UK, USA scud into SL. That’s the Tamil religious bond with Lord Murugan, Siva, and Vishnu.

However, the Sinhala community are not religious, however, they focus on driving into Tamil areas and capturing the land in the name of Buddha. That’s why Lord Buddha has not blessed most of the Sinhalese people with common sense and intelligence.

Law & Order

Let’s discuss Law & Order and justice.

Quote: 1. A rule of conduct or action that a nation or a group of people agrees to follow. 2: a whole collection of established rules and the law of the land. 3: a rule or principle that always works the same way under the same conditions as the law of gravity. 4: a bill passed by a legislature.

Justice

Quote: the quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness: to uphold the justice of a cause. rightfulness or lawfulness, as of a claim or title; justness of ground or reason: to complain with justice. the moral principle determining just conduct.

Difference between Law & Order and Justice:

Quote: Laws are found in written codes and are enforced by the government and its bodies, including security forces, police, judiciary, etc. Conversely, justice is a more abstract concept based on the idea of equality of rights, and fairness.

Quote: Justice is one of the most important moral values in the spheres of law and politics. Legal and political systems that maintain law and order are desirable, but they cannot accomplish either unless they also achieve justice.

One concept the Sinhala community and Sarath Weerasekara should understand is that the island belongs to the Yakkas, Veddas and Nagas. Can the Sinhalese hand back the island to those tribes? Now Sinhalese claim they are the majority, and the false claim is that the island is a Sinhala Buddhist country which is incorrect.

In the current era in the North and the East, the majority is the Tamil race. Hence the practice of majority rule, the North & East cannot be claimed by the Sinhalese to build dagobas to their wish and carry out colonization by racial intimidation. This is where the term “Justice” comes in. Law & Order is drafted by the majority to suit their quirks and illusions.

Kanchana Wijesekera

Common Sense and knowledge: For example: With due respect, if someone asks Kanchana Wijesekera – Minister for Power and Energy; - What is AC & DC voltage/current and what’s the difference? Will DC current flow through a Capacitor? How does a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor start? Although these are technical questions, a minister should understand the fundamental knowledge of electricity. How do we produce electricity? It is reported that the generators at the 3rd Coal power plant in Norocholai are shut down due to fault every month. Do the engineers at Norocholai do any reliability studies and found the failure mode(s)? Have they got any generator specialists? Everyone is a political specialist and a race specialist. The writer is making this comment cos he is a turbogenerator specialist.

The Norocholai power plant is a 3 x 300 MW generating plant emitting 28456 tonnes of CO2 daily. Are the owners carrying out measurements of NOx and Sox emitted by the plant? Did SL do an environmental study for this project? The conclusion is that this project is a total failure and a liability to the people of North-western Province. A portion of the loan funds may have been sucked into a politician’s pocket. This is how politicians operate in SL. Pavithra Wanniarachchi, a lawyer does not understand finance and electricity generation, only a political family dynasty supporting to foolish Rajapaksas.

Keheliya Rambukwella was reported as not having paid his water bills. If someone asks him: what are “hard water” and “soft water”? Can people drink hard water? It is definite that these ministers have no basic idea of what they are administering, managing, or governing. The writer met Keheliya also in Melbourne and came to know that he fell from the balcony of his hotel room cos…….?

Sarath Weerasekara (SW) get popularity by shouting and encroaching into Tamil areas. The reason is this guy has no common sense and social knowledge or understanding of psychology. I met him in Melbourne when we had a dinner party that he attended. I noted that his outlook was that of a rowdy, who could not speak English fluently and without a diplomatic outlook. He sang Kavi (kaviya) in Sinhala to show that he is a Sinhala lover. His visit was useless in Melbourne. It’s quite strange why the Sinhala community is so arrogant and is hatred towards the Tamil community. God has forgotten or did not bless SW with common sense. SW should be arrested and jailed for making a false injustice statement that “SriLanka” is a Sinhala Buddhist Country”

To analyze the root cause of the economic downfall in SL: It’s the fault of the Sinhala community. The community was quite racially motivated by the politicians to maintain their seats in parliament, commencing with the late coward SWRD Bandaranaike.

Vidura Wickramanayake, Minister of Buddha Sasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Is this ministry an Asset to SL? What is the liability of this ministry? Is there any country that maintains a minister and a ministry for Buddhism or religious affairs? This is the type of waste of funds that SL inherits. Currently, GOSL has limited funds to pay salaries to government staff. Further, Sarath Weerasekara boasts SL is a Buddhist country. What made him declare this statement? Buddha was not born in SL. Buddha was a Shakniya tribe from Nepal. He is half Chinese. That’s the reason Buddhism was able to be promoted in the far east.

 

Roshan Ranasinghe & Mahinda Amaraweera: These guys have a GCE (O) level qualification. Can he submit a review of the agrarian position in SL? Has he contributed to any progressive ideas in agriculture? Does he know how many rivers and streams are in SL? What is the acreage of land used in the agrarian sector? How much paddy is produced in SL? What products that are produced in SL are consumed by the community? He is also interested in promoting Buddhism and talking rubbish. How can Irrigation mix with sports?

General Economics

Similarly, there are significant flaws in the formation of the cabinets that lead to Bribery and corruption. Mahinda Rajapaksa started his accumulation of funds via bribery & corruption in 2004 and was able to come up in politics to the President level. China noted the idiocy and the intelligence of the fools in the Sri Lankan parliament and was able to swallow the country through loans. Sri Lanka is still begging the world for loans and aid. Do not the politicians in SL have shame on them to beg while boasting that SL is a Buddhist country? Well, Buddhist monks beg anyway.

With all this nonsense, finally a Hindu country, India is helping SL.

People have no income, food etc. Girls in families have become sex workers in brothel houses and individual places to feed their families. Is not this a sad situation when Sarath Weerasekara boasts that SL is a Buddhist country?  A 42-year-old woman has stated that she has become a sex worker to feed her family.

Why not GOSL open a ministry, the Ministry of brothel housing and sex industry? Appoint a glorified minister, maybe (Wimal Weerawansa) and allocate some funds to run the brothel houses in SL.

Another Minister to be appointed is a minister for drug trafficking & dealing and marketing. Children are being dragged into drug dealing and consumption.

Kathiravelu Nythiananda Devananda, known as Douglas Devananda: Who is this guy? A criminal claiming, he is a freedom fighter. He is another kind of IRC. Inland Reconvicted Criminal. It is a shame that an uneducated Tamil convict becomes a minister. What progress has he made and is he an asset to GOSL? He can only be a spy for GOSL and the Buddhist fanatics. Has he received a degree in Marine Zoology or any studies in marine resources? What contribution has he made to date in the fishing industry? Has DD got any goal, mission, or vision? It is the fault of the foolish Tamils who voted for him. Has DD got any idea of the marine resources that are around the coastal area of SL?

Buddhism:

Buddhism did not give birth on the island. It was brought in and thrust onto the Yakkas and Veddas. Buddhism existed as Samanam in parts of India. Odisha brought the Vijaya, Buddhism, Magha and the Pandyans, Malayali and the chaos to SL.

Wimal Weerawansa

WW is another guy who has zero intelligence. How does he know that only LTTE members went to remember “Thileepan” Day? The public would have attended. Such foolish Sinhalese caused racial hatred like that of SJVC.

Anantha Sangare

Known as “Sangaree” the person is 89 years of age. He somehow pushed his son to Toronto and got him into Ontario politics. Otherwise, what do Sangaree do in SL? Has he any intelligence and knowledge? Is TULF an asset or a liability for the politics of SL? He is one typical example of the Tamils.

 

Sambanthar

He is another old fowl with cunning intelligence, self-oriented and selfish motives. Is TNA an asset to Sri Lankan politics? TNA wants to drag the solution so that they can be in parliament based on Tamil Eelam.

Tamils

There are three kinds of Tamils in Sri Lanka. 1. Upper Elites, 2.      Elites 3. Working Class is supposed to be a middle and lower caste.

The upper elites are those who mingled with the British and Sinhalese and settled in Colombo. That class looked after their family by sucking and licking the British and the Sinhalese politicians. They do not come to the North. Speak English and some broken Tamil. However, when a racial riot occurs, they run to the North in a rescue ship.

Elites: These are wealthy Tamils who settled in Jaffna Nallur, and some had housing in Colombo also. They were interested in politics and were able to cheat the Tamils all along for the last 74 years.

Working Class: These are the Tamils who produce food and provide services to the Tamils to survive and are known as the middle / lower caste. Most of them have been brainwashed in the name of “Tamil Eelam”. The working-class member of a political party has no say in the party except the Elites. One of them was MP Thurairatnam and the other is Sivajilingham.

The elites were able to brainwash the lower caste Tamils that the Tamils need a country called Thamil Eelam, especially SJV Chelvanayagam. Dr Naganathan was settled in India and came scudding to Jaffna before the Independence in 1948 and intruded into politics. SJVC and Naganathan, Amirthalingham and their associates are the culprits who sowed the racial discord to retain them in politics.

DS Senanayake and Dudley Senanayake are the best of the lots of politicians and UNP is the best political party and has Unity and National understanding concealed in the name.

It is the Tamils who generated the racial hatred in SL confined to the network of islands in the North. Tamils build small temples everywhere based on caste structure as the lower caste were not allowed to enter temples. Why do the Elites not like lower caste Tamils to enter politics?

Federal Party

The same SJVC was in the state council in 1947. He could have demanded a federal structure for SL from the British. He did not demand. When the government failed to allocate a portfolio to SJVC he forms the “Federal Party” in 1949. It boils down to the fact that Tamils were fooled by the SJVC crowd, and the general populace does not have the intelligence to understand the concepts and the misleading.

It's now over 74 years and we are near 75 years of post-independence and still, we live in a world of racial audiences and imagination. Cannot the Tamil foolish politicians, at least now understand that with 22 million people, SL went down the drain of having zero dollars forex? Do Tamils need to campaign for Federalism?

After 74 years of struggle, do we think that the federal form of governance is economically viable after the 2021 economic collapse? Do we still think that Thamil Eelam is viable? 49% of the Tamils live outside N&E. If the GOSL takes a referendum, it is definite that the majority will vote to remain with Sri Lanka, like Quebec.

The upper elite Tamils are not in favor of separation.

The elites are not in favor of Thamil Eelam. They do only act as if they are to remain in parliament.

The uneducated and the low caste may be in favor, however, they do not have the intelligence to manage the economics of a country.

Assets

Tamils are an asset to SL, as they send FOREX to SL. Most Tamils have left SL, thanks to the 2009 war.

The Sinhala Diaspora are hard-working lots and they do not send any FOREX to SL.

Liability

The Sinhala corrupt politicians are the liability to SL.

Gotabaya and the Rajapaksas are a liability.

Criminals and culprits come into politics to earn money and become rich. As far as the writer is concerned the Tamil politicians are perpetrators, lawbreakers and felons and are not an asset.

Solution

1.     Based on the economic crisis and the economic state, it is proper for all parties to accept the Provincial Council’s solution. The ten PC shall be reduced to an acceptable number to suit the economic situation.

2.     There shall be no religious supremacy in SL.

3.     Politicians like Sarath Weerasekara, who have fewer resources in their neural system shall not divert the attention of the Sinhala people by introducing Buddhist illusions.

4.     Politicians like Wimal Weerawansa should contribute to the people rather than stirring things up.

5.     Moreover, all humans in SL shall use their brains for positive results.

6.     Tamil political parties shall remove the word Eelam. E.g., Eelam People’s Revolutionary Liberation Front. What boloney of words are associated with this party? EPDP, TELO, PLOTE, FP, TULF, etc. are causing disorder and commotion in the political system and shall windup their parties.

7.     People like Sangaree, Sambanthar, Mavi Senathirajah etc. should retire and go to bed.

8.     Let SL have elections for the PCs, and let the people live cohesively with no racial intimidation.

9.     GOSL shall stop payment of allowances to political parties.

10.  If Gotabaya or any Rajapaksa is brought into politics, the country will economically disappear.

11.  Let the younger generation from the Universities take over politics in SL.

12.  What SRI Lanka needs is JUSTICE in addition to maintaining Law & Oder although Law & Order is practice minimum in SL.

 Colonization Vs Settlement in the N&E of Sri Lanka

Most of the Sri Lankan population is Sinhalas in the South. The Sinhalas are not a pure race. They are a mixture of Vijaya’s from Odisha in the Northeast of India, and the Yakkas, Veddas of the island South and midway. Subsequently, they mixed (assimilated) with the Tamils of India, Portuguese, Dutch, and the mixture of the British. This is the reason why they still carry the name, Silva, Perera, Soysa, Caroli’s, etc. Mahinda Rajapaksa was born Percy Mahendra Rajapaksa in Weeraketiya. Sarath Weerasekara another foolish politician, was in the Navy and was able to come up in the military ladder by showing his hatred towards the Tamil minority. Anyone who shows hatred towards Tamils will be promoted in their line of duty.

Sarath Weerasekara does not indicate any sign of putting forward solutions to improve the economy of SL but comes up with racial solutions to annihilate Tamils from their own area where they lived for several hundred centuries.

For example: Kathirgamam, now known as Kataragama changed by the racial Sinhalas, was originally Tamil area. The racial fools built a Buddhist Vihara and settled rowdy’s and now it’s a Sinhala area. Kathirgamam is a historically known Tamil land where Lord Murugan got married to Sri Valli. This is how the foolish Sinhalas make areas which belong to the Tamils as Sinhala areas.

Sri Lanka has lots of inhabited areas, (maybe a million sq km) in the South where Sarath Weerasekara can settle the Rowdy Sinhalas, however, he plans to replace the Tamils in Kurunthur Malai. This is a xenophobic and racial act of Colonization.

Why is he giving trouble to the Tamils in Kurunthur Malai? Has he given any advice to the GOSL on economic solutions, technical solutions, or has he got any technical expertise other than killing expertise? Why not shut his donkey mouth and allow the Tamils to live and provide economic solutions?

The president wants the Tamil Diaspora to come and invest in SL. Where? In the South? Will he allow the T. Diaspora to invest in the N&E?

SL has not learnt a lesson still with their mismanagement of dollars and sank to the bottom with zero dollars. When will they learn. Why do they want Tamil Diaspora to invest? Why not they request the Sinhala Diaspora (SD) to come invest in the South? Do we think that the S.D. will invest? No, never. They know the standard of the Sinhala of SL.

Therefore, the President shall shut his mouth and make his own effort to improve the economy, if he has intelligence, with their own effort with the help of his own people.

There is no point in trying to annihilate the Tamils from the N&E.

People shall learn to live cohesively.

This article is published to unravel the Root Cause of the economic downfall in Sri Lanka. Readers shall read this article and do research by surfing textbooks and the internet and interpreting and analyzing the practice that prevailed in SL.

 

Cognitive science is an area SL politicians should read and recommend that all politicians must consult a psychiatrist to confirm the weakness in their minds. This statement is made as the author feels that the people in SL are weak in their minds and strengthened focus in one sector. This statement is made as more than twenty million people in SL delegate their lives to these few politicians. The minority of the group may suffer from feeling anxious in certain situations that can help them avoid danger, triggering our 'fight or flight response.

Corruption is a crime committed by officials (public or private) abusing their role to procure gain for themselves or somebody else. Several forms of corruption exist bribery, embezzlement, and abuse of power, just to name a few.

Argentina and Greece somersaulted on zero dollars and bankruptcy in the 20^th century. Sri Lanka followed the two in the 21^st century. People say that Greece had a fall as a result of its political ideology and the laziness of its citizens.

Sri Lanka had blown its trumpet to expose that they are the champions of bribery and corruption, by lowering their assets to “Zero dollars, zero medicines, zero fuel, and food items. Sri Lanka had leveled its ranking at 102 with a score of 37, the same as Kazakhstan.

3.     Sri Lanka- Root Cause of Economic Downfall

 

3.1 Post-1970, when Srimavo Bandaranaike assumed power as the PM, SL faced the same situation of near bankruptcy with no rice and sugar etc. The PM had two intellects in her cabinet. (i) Dr. NM Perera, (ii) Dr. Colvin R. de Silva. Dr Perera was an intellectual. Srimavo was able to regain her financial stability within a few years. However, the current situation is that no one understands “Economics” except professors. The military personnel who are supposed to protect the sovereignty of SL via protecting its borders are occupying chairs of the government as “Chairman”, “Secretary” etc, with absolutely no understanding of what they are in charge of.

 

3.2 Professor K. Amirthalingham is a highly qualified and intellectual economist at Colombo University. The government could use the intellectuality and knowledge of the Professor. However, power comes into play. The imbecilic MPs and Ministers may think that they know more than the Professors.

 

3.3 Various causes could be attributed to Sri Lankan economic downfall. Each cause could be categorized and given a score. In a backward third-world country like Sri Lanka, although the human resources have low-level expertise, they have to expand their knowledge by attending professional training courses, which is critical, however, Sri Lanka does not advocate such training for engineers and economists and financial staff. This is a critical downfall in Sri Lanka’s human resource management. Professional institutions must demand such professional competency by attending training courses.

4.     Unity

a)    Addressing 74 years of post-independence operation, we find that the Cabinet ministers are not united for the reason of their greediness for power & wealth. The majority of the Ministers were not educated at the GCE (O) level. Currently, the parliament has 94 politicians who are qualified to (o) Level only. Their eagerness is to form a new political party to gain access to the coalition and get a ministerial portfolio. SriLanka is flourished with 79 political parties for a population of 21,543,507 as of Wednesday, December 15, 2021. It is a chuckling matter to observe such panicking different views of politicians/ people.

b)    Unity among politicians and people is non-existent. It’s a different view people have. Why would 21 million people in a country have different ideologies?

c)     Unity among citizens is deficient. Racism, Religious differential, Fundamentalism, know-how, caste differential, domiciliated area differential, human rights violation, knowledge of democracy, etc is nonexistent in Sri Lanka. This leads to a difference of opinion and conflicts, resulting in forming new parties, violence, etc. During the 74 years of post-independence operation, Sri Lanka had six racial violence killings of Tamils and Muslims and one pogrom between 2005 and 2009 killing Tamils.

d)    Innovation, Creativity, motivation, in-house knowledge, reliability, flexibility, effectiveness, and efficiency is absent among the citizens and politicians. A few Tamils in the North are researching effectively to invent alternative ways of resources to prepare food with no Carbon deposits on pots and pans. At least an attempt with limitations.

e)    Politicians have limited knowledge in the areas of governance. Politicians are interested in getting votes, which drives them to collateral form. Politicians have to give money for each vote to the voters, which drives them back to enter into bribery and corruption. The excuse politicians give the people is: “I spent so many millions for the election by giving the voters, and I have to get it back”.

f)      SL has a constitution. However, the constitution is not observed and followed. The three arms of governance are not independent. The Executive interferes in other areas of governance.

g)    Central Bank (CB) (Reserve Bank) The CB shall be an independent body to function as the neural nerve center to control foreign reserves. However, politicians and ministers interfere by giving orders to release foreign funds for the purchase of their choice. The Cabinet decides to purchase cars for the MPs which needs foreign funds. Some ministers of the dynasty will order the release of foreign money for their interests. This leads educated citizens to presume that they are governed by imbeciles. This is a misuse of parliamentary power.

h)    Knowhow and in-house knowledge: The head of a section, department, or government shall be fully conversant with his duties. What prevails in Sri Lanka is appointing imbecilic like Namal Rajapaksa, Cabraal, Wimal Weerawansa etc as ministers who do not know their duties. A person like Gotabaya Rajapaksa (GR) as President does not know his duties. He was responsible for the mass murder of thousands of JVP youths in 1989.  GR His specialty is killing as a soldier. However, there can be an argument as to whether a leftist government can do better for Sri Lanka or competition can do better. The 75% downfall of the economic collapse is due to GR.

 

5.     Agrarian Race

 

Sri Lanka was an agrarian society historically. The kings in the South have built reservoirs and dams to conserve water for irrigation. DS Senanayaka focussed on structural transformation in the 40s. Quote: Structural transformation is the process by which low-income societies, in which agriculture absorbs most labor and generates the most economic output, become high-income societies characterized by a relatively smaller but more productive agricultural sector.

 

SL is not an advanced country to produce computers, cars and motorcycles, and high-tech equipment. People’s basic diet is rice and curry. SL cannot import rice. SL has to observe countries like Thailand, China, Cambodia, and the South-East nations and produce the requisite commodities. In terms of behavioral economics, the people and the governing staff missed the key elements of their fundamentals, like food travel, job,s etc. As time goes the country copied the rest of the advanced world and tried to copy them with a lack of resources. The government forgot the importance of agriculture, both farming and fishing. Everyone wanted a white-collar job. Srimavo’s standardization made Tamil and Sinhala youths go abroad and not return. Those who returned copied the western world. As a cumulative effect, the agricultural focus was lost. Those who had “O” Levels also wanted a white-collar job or entered politics.

 

Please refer to the attached letter written to the Director of the Northern Division of Agriculture. The agricultural department has several staff for the functions. What is pointed out here is just an example. I come from this village. (i) The channel from the reservoir has not been maintained. Well, never is the word. The channel is full of shrubs and trees. (ii) The sluice gate has never been maintained. It is a wonder how the department would have done their flood control and water distribution to the fields. Does it mean this involved bribery and corruption? The writer remembers a Civil engineer who worked with the Water Corporation in Nigeria. He was named “Casual Shun”, purely because he was involved with the corruption of claiming that his team had more casual workers when there were only a few. The extra money went into his pocket. A question: How do the PWD, “Overseers” become rich in the PWD. Is this the way Ananthi Sasitharan claimed money for her campaign? She is the wife of a freedom fighter. It’s a shame if this is true. She should be kicked out of politics.

 

No wonder agriculture has fallen and the people are forced into an era of insufficient food period. The main cause is the politicians not campaigning for food production.

 

6.     Imports Vs Exports

Sri Lankan politicians have an attitude of feeling that politicians who serve the people should get everything free irrespective of the country’s economic status. Currently, speculation that the GOSL wants to import electric cars. Must be for politicians. During the MR Rajapaksas period from 2005 to 2015, the country was filled with foreign items. These items cost dollars, not come free. The foreign company was allowed to set up an office and sell its products. Cars were imported for politicians. A number o electronic goods were imported, cars, motorcycles, autos, etc. No one had an account of the imports and exports. Finally, the imports were more than the exports. The High Commission and its staff did nothing to campaign for their products. They enjoyed their luxurious life. Governments have foreign offices such as the High Commission to export their products. The HC staff (some) were only interested in spying for LTTE operatives and raising anti-Tamil slogans. Under the slogan patriotism, the Sinhala associations missed the bus by campaigning against the Tamil Diaspora. The Sinhala Diaspora never focussed on Sri Lanka’s economic forthcoming problems. Well, they did not have a vision and mission for the problem. Today they are campaigning for the Tamils to send money to SL. What a joke?Igh commissions and their staff did nothing to campaign for theirproducts.

 

7.     Central Bank

 (CB)

7.1 The CB is a nerve centre for a country. They decide on all financial matters. In 2015, Arjuna Mahendran was appointed Governor of the CB. During that period Ravi Karunanayake was the minister of finance. Arjuna Mahendran’s son-in-law bought the bond for twenty billion dollars. It may be that they borrowed money from the BOC and covered it with dollars to pay the CB. The question now arises: How will Sri Lanka pay the twenty billion dollars when it matures. Go for collateral? Maybe the cunning idea of Arjuna Mahendran.

7.2 There are hidden secrets of CB dealing and MR Rajapaksa clan and the Cabraal which smuggles dollars out of the country. Only the Auditor General, if he had a backbone can form an investigating team and dig into the secrets. A Court Order should be obtained to investigate the CB dealings on foreign exchange approvals, the 20-billion-dollar bond scam, and any other illegal dealings done by Rajapaksa and Ajith Nivard Cabraal between the period 2005 to 2015. It is presumed that the economic downfall had occurred because of Mahinda Rajapaksa, Namal Rajapaksa, Basil Rajapaksa and Cabraal. MR wanted to shuffle onto Indrajit Kumarasamy, however, IK escaped narrowly. The latest information revealed is that loans obtained for the Hambantota project were never paid into CB. However, interest payments were made by the CB. Serious illegal dealings have been made during this project period.

 

 

8.     Status of Tamils

 

Tamil Politicians are fools. The reason is they are always fooling the people in the N&E, that GOSL should solve their problem. The problem is not power, but survival. People should realize this and try to use bicycles for travel, use firewood for cooking, backyard plantation of edible vegetables, and use Palmyra jaggery and use their knowledge to invent new usable items/equipment. A gentleman used his innovative knowledge and self-motivation to invent biogas for cooking. Do something and do not depend on anyone including the diaspora because the diaspora is suffering in foreign countries. Do not entertain taking Boats to foreign countries as the foreign countries are loaded with Sri Lankan racists.

 

9.     Conclusion

The main issue in SL is the racial, xenophobia, and ethnic problems. The Sinhalese people are being driven by the yellow-cloth Buddhist Bhikkhus. Even the Sinhalese diaspora are racial-minded and have fear and spend their time spying on the Tamil diaspora. This had made the Sinhalese crowd ignore the economic issues and discounted the economic failure that was to come to SL. In SL the GOSL was busy instigating the Buddhist Bhikkhus in converting the country into a pure Buddhist Sinhala country. To get their support as well as the support of the MPs, imports were more than exports. The High Commissions were busy spying and not addressing the Sri Lankan export propaganda. It was a cumulative chain effect that moth bolled into a catastrophic economic failure. People are finding it difficult to release themselves from the comforts they had all these years with the help of the Diaspora, financially, and hence they want to take a boat. Sri Lankans are cowards, have no patriotism for their country, and do not want to work hard to survive.

Champika Ranawakka, an MP wants the Tamils to come forward and build the entire SL and not only the N&E. He is a coward and has no shame in openly saying that the minority Tamils have the knowledge and courage to build a nation. It’s a true indicator of the Sinhalese’s fear in all spheres.

Finally, the Sinhalese must accept the fact that they are truly incompetent nincompoops, and have no understanding of Human Services management, financial management, resource management, economic management, resource coordination, innovation, creativity, and self-motivation.

At this stage, it is appreciated that India takes over Sri Lanka wholly or partially the N&E, and makes it another state of their republic.

 

After all, SL was ruled by India anyway.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 When Gotabaya declared that he is a Buddhist and will rule as per Buddhist ideology he sold his family dynasty and the people in SL which is the majority Sinhala race. What a hypocrisy crooks move to gain power and wealth. The same goes for Mahinda Rajapaksa and the family who cheated the true Sinhala identity. It is the Sinhala people who are fools to have voted for them. Still, Mahinda is cheating the Sinhala people to be in power and bring his son Namal to power. Has not Sri Lanka got any decent true Sinhala politicians to govern SL? The Sinhala politicians: please think and analyze. Today the country is starving due to the non-availability of essentials for the Sinhala, Tamil, and Muslims to survive. After 74 years of Sinhala half-caste governance, please understand what really happened to SL. The true Sinhala people shall drive the culprits out of politics.
