 1.     General

 

This article is published to record the sick mind of the Tamils who engage in sick activities, misleading the foreign policy of overseas countries and sucking in for their personal needs. GTF also played an important role in the Geopolitics masterminded by a powerful nation destroying countries like SL. It is a crime that GTF played within the Geopolitics in terms of Catholism.

 

2.     Objectives

 

What were the objectives of the GTF when it was formed? Father Emanuel, who is expected by the Catholic Community to preach the good and the bad of Catholicism deviated from the mission of the Catholic principles and engaged in publicising the terrorist principles of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).

This is a typical example of the Tamils who have a sick mind of a megalomaniac character who looks for cheap publicity for promotion and to achieve power. Let's discuss the achievement of the GTF: What has GTF achieved so far in the 21st century right from the 20th century? What were the principles of Father Emanuel in politics? Well, Father Emanuel was not a politician or a social worker. He was expected to preach the principles of the Bible and teach good habitual living to the people in Sri Lanka as he was a citizen of SL. However, as per the unpolished thinking of the leader of the LTTE, the LTTE wanted people to move to foreign countries to promote separatism by spreading rough-and-ready lies. Father Emanuel was one human element who was absorbed into the fundamental terrorist policies of the LTTE. Well, Father Emanuel travelled to Australia in 1998 to tell improvised lies about SL, however, the lies were not absorbed by the local Australian politicians. Well, it is time for the Tamils in SL and the Tamil Diaspora to digest and understand what has been going on for the past donkey years and how they have been misleading for the benefit of the so-called diaspora.

 

                       i.          What was the vision and mission of the GTF when it was formed?

                     ii.          What have they achieved so far?

                   iii.          How many million pounds did they spend so far on public relations?

                    iv.          How many Attorneys are occupying chairs within GTF?

                      v.          What is the volume of the contribution of these Attorneys to the Tamils in SL?

                    vi.          How many times have they flown to SL and other countries for self-publicity?

                  vii.          If they have the guts, can they submit an account of the income and expenditure for the last twenty-odd years since they were formed?

                 viii.          Also, the positive products they have given to the people of SL in terms of assets, development etc?

 

Well, Do they now agree that it is time for the deceptive dishonest, members of the GTF to close their shop and go home and do some productive work? We all know that the GTF was a waste of time, energy and money misleading the world.

Cultural and Hygienic Shortfalls of Tamils Relative to Sinhala Community.

1.     General

 

This article is written not to scorn Tamils, but to think and educate themselves about their shortfall and correct themselves rather than insulting others. Tamils shall not think that Hinduism is the greatest religion in the world because Hindus celebrate the murders of opponents by their gods. Hindus have a mindset of imaginary thinking of events, actions, and programs. E.g., Deepavali. Most Tamils lack in mannerisms, and courtesy, have a very rude behavioural pattern and have a megalomaniac attitude.  While talking to others Tamils always try to take a short path with lies to hurt their opponents, in general, Tamils always tell lies. I am a Tamil born in the North; however, I grew up in the South and worked in various countries. Me being growing up in the South gave me a clear picture and knowledge of the behavioural pattern of Sinhalese and Tamils. In India and the North, milk is used to wash the deity/statue and the waste runs down the drain. While there are people with kids who need milk and in India people and children die starving for milk. In general, the Sinhalese citizens in Sri Lanka are kind, polite and friendly compared to the Tamils and are judged better than the Tamils.

 

2    General Religious Culture of Tamils

 

Tamils are more concerned about the caste of their people, and they restricted low-caste people to enter temples because of the cleanliness of the low-caste people. It was not the practice of the low-caste people to walk around with unclean bodies. The elites made sure with the power held by them that the low-caste people were not paid adequately, and the poverty made the people slightly unclean. They made sure that the products were sold at low prices as they decided the prices. Fish in the UK is sold at a very high price, however in Jaffna they were sold at a very low price making sure that the fisherman does not become rich.

 

When the elite goons go to temples, they wear/apply sandalwood paste to their body. Why is that? Because their body is full of filth and smell and to prevent their dirty smell, they apply the sandalwood past to hide the dirty smell. However, they spread that sandalwood is god’s creation and must wear in temples. Even the granite stone god's body they bathe with milk and apply sandalwood paste. The poor cannot buy sandalwood paste. Hence the difference.

 

The elites do not sensibly ask the question as to why they have several gods and why they have weapons in their hands. Gods can get weapons immediately when they want. The purpose is to KILL the opponent.  Therefore Hinduism is Killing profess.

 

BUUDHHISM advocates, practices, worships, peace and professes intelligence and magnanimity.

 

It is a challenge that any Tamil can come to a platform and enter into a debate.

 

In Australia and other countries Tamils immediately build temples and a medical doctor is elected President of the temple.  Does this mean that the medical doctor is incompetent to practice as a medical doctor? Tamils have a weak mentality that only doctors can be presidents and advocates can be elected to parliament. Finally, bribery and corruption infiltrate the organisation. This indicates Tamil’s mental inability to understand human effectiveness and efficiency.

 

I have in an earlier article stated how the Hindu temples conduct poojas. It is like a war zone. However, you walk into a Buddhist shrine, the shrine is peaceful. This is what a Buddhist priest taught King ASOKA of Kalinga.

 

Tamil worshippers even in a Hindu temple fight, argue and attempt murder in Jaffna. However, never in a Buddhist Shrine room. Tamils should think, understand, and learn how to live from the Sinhala Buddhists. Buddhism is practised by over several billion people in the world.

 

In India, Hindus fight over caste, gods, and wealth. And competition over whose temple tower is the highest. History states Raja Rajan Cholan built the Thanjavur temple tower to a height of 216 feet. Do people realise how many human lives would have been sacrificed during the tower job?

 

2.1  Cleanliness of Tamils and Sinhalese in Eating Houses

 

2.2  Eating Houses/Places

 

Take for example an eating hotel in Colombo: 1960: Luxmi Villas and Pillaiyar Villas in front of Pettah Railway Station.

 

I am relating this to the 60s. The serving waiter/bearer in a Tamil eating place, in general, does not wear any shirt, except wears a shorts or sarong. Bear body and use hands to serve. They have banana leaves to serve food. Serve with unclean hands. The way the customers wash their hands and mouths is abysmal.

 

If we walk into a Sinhalese hotel; food is served in a tray full of dishes and a plate to eat. Finally, to wash they serve a bowl full of water. The hotel and service are quite clean.  The servers wear the uniform given by the hotel/eating house. The cost is a little higher than the so-called “Dosai Kades”.

 

The author preferred to eat in Sinhala eating houses always in Colombo and other towns.

 

The current trend in 2020/2023 in Jaffna eating houses is that food has worms, cockroaches, and other flying insects. What could be the reason for this? During the power cuts period and power cost, Tamils may not use lights but lanterns, which may not give proper lux. Insects flying may drop into the pots and the cooks may not worry about the migration.

 

Tamils are worried about caste; however, these comedians must concentrate to educate their people with appropriate good hygienic culture. The Jaffna Municipal Council Health Inspectors must visit and arrest people who do not obey the law.  That’s what the MCs are for. Not to advocate for “Tamil Eelam and Power sharing

 

What happened to me: In Australia, two of the Tamil spice shops had Soya meat. When I looked at the expiry date, the packets had expired the year before. When I told the shopkeeper, his answer was: “We cooked the same soya meat this weak end and it was good and tasty”. What could I say to this fool? I just walked out, and I never visited the shop ever again. In the third shop, when I pointed out an expired product, they changed it. It runs in the blood of Tamils to cheat others. Today Tamil organisations are swindling millions of dollars from poor workers. Tamils do not believe in Expiry dates.

 

I stayed at the Hartley Hostel in 1960. The hostel was poorly managed and run. Water had to be fetched from the well for washing, toilet etc. The food was cooked by Theevu Pandarams. Very poor quality. They used American white flour for pittus and string hoppers. When this is made into a ball, it can hurt people. The dirtiest hostel in SL. Hundreds of students are bulked onto the two floors. It has been the worst hostel I have lived in anywhere in SL or elsewhere. There was only one bucket toilet at the college where over 500 students studied.

 

I lived in a hostel in Colombo run by the Sinhala people. I would rank the hostel as excellent.

 

Tamils could not even run the Northern Provincial Council. My view is that Tamils can never manage their affairs but need a walking stick. The worst dirtiest race in the world.

 

Whatever, Tamils should learn from the Sinhalese people about culture, living, hygiene, motivation, creativity, etc.

 

The following politicians should leave politics for the betterment of Sri Lanka.

 

Sambanthar, Mavai, Adaikkalanathan, GG Ponnambalam, Siththathar, Sritharan, selva rajah Gajendran, MA Sumanthiran, Sivajilingham, CV Wigneswaran, the Rajapaksas, Premadasa, and possibly the entire TNA clowns. They should pave the way for the young University crowd to enter politics. Young politicians like Douglas Devananda, Angajan, and Manivannan should lead politics.

 

The old fools have led the country to bankruptcy.

 

Tamils should eliminate the dowry system because the dowry system and caste differences make them corrupt and lazy. If the country needs to be technologically advanced, then all people must be equal, and people shall respect the technology and the person's technical/professional capability.

 

Recently a clown Ramaraj Veerahia from TGTE attempted to talk to the President Hon MR. RW in broken English. What type of guts has this fool got to rub shoulders with the President of a Republic about “Genocide”? How long are they going to bark on “Genocide”? This is typical Tamil mentality. What is the highest level of education of this fool who lives in London? What was his objective for this meeting? These are the type of Fools who mess up the Sri Lankan culture and peace.

 

For any person who starts to work in an organisation, the first thing people want to know is about his caste. The worst culture within the Tamil race.

 

Today Tamils are all over the planet. All that they want is to hurt and destroy Sri Lanka.

 

Hon Mr Ranil Wickramasinghe shall be elected as the president again with good young politicians in parliament if people want Sri Lanka to prosper and grow economically and technologically. Dr Nandalal Weerasinghe shall continue as the governor of the CB as he is doing a great job to save Sri Lanka. Rear Admiral Sarath Weerasekara should be elected again and given a portfolio to contribute to SL’s growth.

The Rear Admiral shall promote innovation, creativity, motivation, and flexibility to the industrial workers within his ministry. The Rear Admiral has lots of energy and wisdom to manage an important portfolio.

 

Tamils shall forget about PCs and Tamil Eelam, but join hands with the Sinhalese to be allocated portfolios to build SL. There shall be only one race in SL and that is Sinhalese Buddhist. This is good for Sri Lankan citizens and Tamils all over the world.

 Discrimination & Oppression by Tamils - Suffered by an engineer at KCW.

 The author had the ambition to write about history during his working career as an Electrical Engineer/Works Engineer (Elect) from 1969 to Feb 1977 at Kankesan Cement Works (KCW). It is the right time now that come forward to present them in a concise article format. The reason is that by hiding activities the world will not change and in particular the North is like a jungle dominated by a certain group of people only and others are treated quite indifferently & indecently. Discrimination & Oppression prevails in the North only. It is good to unravel certain hidden dirty qualities among our Tamils in the North. That’s the nature of the Tamils in the North. In India workers and officers are treated indifferently, with no courteousness, gallantry & or regard for the working class. Those Tamils who read this article shall understand their quality and correct themselves to have a positive progressive Tamil race or else the Tamil race will dissolve into any other race(s). No wonder why some Sinhalese do not like Tamils.

 

I commenced my working career on the 5th of December 1965 with the Department of Govt. Govt. Electrical Undertakings (DGEU). My career ended with the DGEU in September 1967 while working as a shift Officer at the Inginiyagala Power Station. During the period 5-12-1965 to 09/1967, I enjoyed my work as the environment was friendly and the Sinhala people were quite helpful and friendly. It was a totally friendly technical environment.

 

However, my professional life was shifted to be a detrimental oppressive and discriminatory life while at KCW. Although I asked for Puttalam, CCC Posted me to KCW.

 

In my working career at KCW, the Works Manager (WM) position was held by Tamils up to 1974. The organisation was in shambles. One WM arrives direct from Udupiddy at 8 am and then leaves sharp on the dot at 4 pm. He never stepped foot inside the factory at any instant. He was a Civil Engineer who was seconded for service by the Department of Highways or so. The only WM we had who was quite competent was A. Francis, who was a Mechanical Engineer, however, he left the organisation in 1971. Francis was a very capable engineer.

 

Late in 1974, a dynamic and energetic leader (Pat Vithanage) came as the Works Manager, appointed by Mr A. Elkaduwa, who was the Chairman of Ceylon Cement Corporation. After Pat Vithanage (WM) came to the works people behaved differently and were near decent, however, behind the back not at all courteous and honest. The staff had quite ethnic hatred towards Pat. Pat was decent and professional and had top managerial capability and people acted with courtesy towards him and the engineers.

 

This article will unstitch & loosen the dirty politics of the workers and engineers at KCW, although KCW does not exist now, the people in the North shall learn from this as to how they shall treat others and work.

 

On the day I started work, I was walking to the electrical workshop and a man was urinating on the road (inside works). This road has been used by women and men to access their workplace and canteen. I observed that there were dozens of toiles built which were only about 20 feet away from the man who was urinating. I advised the man to urinate in the toilet and not on the road. He quietly went off and complained to his union President and the WM. Mr Francis knows the character of the workshop people. He called me and said not to talk with any of the clowns in the mechanical workshop. I realised that the caste system came into the flow. I also comprehended that there was this caste system practised by even the COOLIES. Maybe the man (COOLIE) was related to (Filipino) SJV Chelvanayagam?

 

This article limits only to certain key incidents which distressed my anxiety and health. One of the WM (late Shunmuganathan) says always that he is thinking. He was sent to Germany for three-year training and came back just a few months before me. I comprehended that he did not do any modifications or solve any technical issues. He was my boss, and I was certain that he was not a fit and proper person to be my boss. That’s nature and the Jaffna man’s influence based on caste and culture. He looked like a Chinese guy in appearance.

 

Right from 1969, the precipitator does not work effectively and efficiently. My so-called boss always slides any outside complaints to me, and I had to face the public. With too much work I started to investigate the precipitator function. There were two issues faced by the Precipitator. (i) Voltage dips (VD) which were the CEB problem. Virtually I send 10-15 telegrams to the GM of the CEB about the VD. The CEB engineers had little clue about the issue. The issue here is that Chief Burner is a sixth or eighth-standard qualified person, however, his brothers were in the Police as DIG ad SPs. So, he was influential, and people do not bother him. Water must be sprayed in the fourth cyclone, however, because of the Voltage dips Burners do not spray water. The water spray equipment bends and had to cut it off to pull it out. (ii) The EHV electrode was made of barbed wires and suspended with guided weight. The dust accumulation bends the barbed wire and flashes to the cathode plate. The particular chamber has to be isolated immediately for the other chambers to function. So, the second issue here is that the electrode was not fit for the particular duty. (iii) The particles were of smaller size because of the type of grinding and sieve used. Very small particles can be carried away because the Precipitator design is not fit for its purpose. Shift Chemist does not understand high-tech explanations. Wondered whether they do a sample analysis to know the Standard Deviation at various levels in the silos. Quite doubtful cos they get annoyed when asked. No one in the Kiln or Chemist section understood ionisation and effective ionisation at low temperatures. The Chemist’s workplace is like a secular lab. Most of the staff have low education. A guy who was cleaning beakers, became a lab chemist because his brother was a Pathologist. He had only low education to 8th standard.

 

None of the WM did anything on my advice. After Pat Vithanage assumed office, he discussed with me and asked me to prepare a comprehensive report on the issues and solutions and send it to the Chairman through him, of course. I had two solutions. (i) Procure stainless steel discharge tips for at least one precipitator and install, (ii) Install Saturated Limiting Coupling on the 33kV live running from Chunnakam to Kaithady at Chunnakam. This equipment will limit the fault current. The 33kV line was running through saline areas and salt dust when deposited flashed to earth. The discharge tips for the Precipitator were ordered, and I left the organisation to assume duties in Feb 1977 in Nigeria. Pat and I attended a meeting with the engineers at CEB and explained the function of the SLC. The other alternative is to reroute the Chavakacheri line which is up to the CEB. None of the engineers or the Burners gave me support except Pat Vithanage and AB Elkaduwa.

 

The 3.3kV ID Fan motor failed once and, the culture at KCW is that any failure is shifted to the Works Engineer (WE-El). I saw one Tamil electrician throwing raw meal dust into the fan motor out of hatred against myself and Pat. The issue here was that the banding wire used was high-tensile stainless steel and it can give way at high temperatures. It was recommended to use high-tensile epoxy tape for the banding. I saw this guy was throwing raw meal dust onto the HV motor.

 

Most of the staff in the Kiln section were unqualified. A few with an “A” level were okay, however, the other Burners including Chief Burner (late G. Joseph & Thuraisingham) were unqualified with 6th & 8th standards only. The problem here is that they cannot understand “Parallax” issues. Always complain that the motor current and voltage are over the limit. The meters were installed about 6.5 feet above the floor. Quite often have to explain the parallax problem.

 

The gantry crane had a span of more than 60 feet, maybe. The drive shaft had several segments, and they were connected by bolting the flanges. The shaft is supported by a couple of bearings which had white metal bearings. The white metal, when worn off, introduce misalignment and heavy torque friction and a heavy torque is required to turn the shaft. What is required is to machine the bearing after filling it with white metal. However, the mechanical engineers who were incompetent did not want to do the job, however, blame the electrical section that the fuse blowing, and the overload relay tripping. The mechanical engineers or what I call them Sledgehammers wanted a higher setting of the O/L and a higher fuse rating. So, we did it knowing what will happen. The main drive shaft breaks. It was agony to explain the half qualified and the sledgehammers. Some Sledgehammers claim that they are from Peradeniya University and that they are superstars and know everything not knowing that they lack experience.

 

Similar things happen with the cement transport system. The FK Pumps. The FK pump is a screw conveyor which has a few segments coupled with flanges and is supported by bearings. The Workshop guys do not do good welding to standard, and the flanges fail and the motor trips. Immediately the complaint comes to the WM that there is an electrical fault. Okay, as donkeys we check the motor and the circuits and come up with a clean system. We direct the plant maintenance & Workshop and advice that the welding is not up to standard, for the reason for the failure. The Superstar Peradeniya engineers argue with me. I am an electrical and mechanical engineer, which is not known to the people at KKS leading them to override and bully the electrical section.

 

The irregularities in the supplies and Stores section: Most of the time, the welding rods are recycled through the shops to the stores again with a cut going into a team pocket. Items are bearings, domestic fuses, some cables, and consumables. Staff steel items from the stores to which some storekeepers help them. The Asst Accountant who was in charge of the stores was an incompetent person who always attacked people. He resembles a Japanese or a Korean.

 

A couple of engineers like three were quite honest but we were afraid to talk as the Union and the staff rise against us. Some so many irregularities and frauds happening at KCW; however, I cannot bring everything in one publication.

 

One example: An elec. an engineer from State Fertiliser Manufacturing Corporation (SFMC) was sent to my section for specialised training. What he did was apply for his IEE Charter stating that he is the cement engineer and that he is the boss of the place without my understanding. I also applied and when called upon for an interview by the CTE and Mr John Pillai asked me whether I was the Cement engineer. After discussion for over 2 hours, I advised them to check with the GM of Cement. On the day in Colombo, the GM called me and said that IEE checked with him, and that truth was conveyed to the IEE. GM was a Sinhalese person. I received my Charter in 1975 and believe that the SFMC engineer’s application was deferred by ten years. These are fraudulent activities by Tamils in the North.

 

The Head Office chairman and GMs in Colombo shall note this and be cautious as still, the North has CEB Offices and maybe branches of other Departments in the North.

 

My judgement and comprehension are that Pat Vithanage was the best WM in the North.

Tamils wanted a Tamil as the Governor of the NPC. GOSL should now understand why the people in the North need a Tamil. I comprehend that a Sinhalese Sri Lankan shall be appointed as the head of any Department in the North. I can bring out a significant volume of irregular and fraudulent practices in the North, which I cannot do at this instant.

 

Hope the Tamils will correct themselves rather than criticize others. A typical example is Arjuna Mahendran and his Son-in-Law for plundering Rs 20 billion.

 

Tamils are rude, greedy for money, hatred against the Sinhalese and low and medium cast Tamils, they have no traits, and have a low foolish culture which is worse than the worst humans in the world. Africans are better than Tamils.

 

No wonder why they want Tamil Eelam so that they can rule and oppress the low and medium-caste Tamils. Power sharing is a worthless statement in democracy. People decide who should govern a country. Sinhalese people are great and have a worthy character. Hats off to the Sinhala people of Sri Lanka.

 

Tamils will never change in their rude and rowdy attitude.

 Some Bosses make Migrant Professional Engineers Scapegoats

1.     General          

 

In a country where the author worked, he came through an interesting affair where the General Manager of the Power Station was trying to make a migrant Specialist Engineer (A) a scapegoat for something that he was liable for. The engineer was a Professional engineer educated in the UK with substantial years of experience.

 

The engineer had previously gone through several bullying as a result of racial focus and racial difference and perhaps the General Manager wanted to escape from punishment.

 

2.     Plant

 

A 280 MW turbo generator was fitted with X-Y protection with online earth fault protection during its survey. The day the Unit was returned to Service, the Unit tripped while running up and the engineer was called at 12:00 midnight. The engineer went and had three trial runs and the Unit tripped with no other faults, except the rotor earth fault. The trip occurred around 1350-1375 rpm while running up.

 

The engineer after analysing the system disabled the rotor earth fault system and advised the Operators to run the Unit. The engineer had thoughts about what could be the real problem was. The engineer went home after sending emails to all Executives explaining the issues.

 

3.     Issues

 

The following morning General Manager called upon the engineer and the heads of departments and wanted the engineer to explain the problems. The engineer explained the rotating rectifier system and what could be the real problem was. The engineer went back to his office and his friend came and advised confidentially that the engineer’s position is to be advertised on the instruction of the GM. This was a challenge to the engineer as the engineer had a preliminary understanding of what could be, as there was no opportunity for the rotor to contaminate to generate an earth fault. Even so, the earth fault would appear at zero rotation. The engineer gave the issue a name: “dynamic earth fault”.

 

As the engineer thought his job was at risk, he went to the registry archives and picked up the Unit file and studied the contents. Quite interesting information was picked up. This particular Unit had an earth fault while running up from “Day One” in 1980. The test was done via a button manually.

 

The owners who are the USA Company, approved a sum of $ half million to repair the Unit in 1995, to which the current GM was appointed the “Project Manager”, he is being a Mechanical Engineer. The file opened up queries that after the third layer of rotor bars were lifted the slivers the maintenance staff found from the other top two layers were not found. The repair team thought that they had repaired the Unit.

 

The rotor earth fault system was installed in 2001. The engineer (A)joined the organisation in 2000. In 1993, an engineer (B)from the Power station wrote a letter to ABB requesting to quote for an online earth fault monitoring system. The engineer explained what the real problem was in the quote letter to ABB.

 

The so-called scapegoat engineer (A) took photocopies of all the documents. The following morning the engineer went to the meeting and explained and placed the quotation letter by engineer “B” to the GM and the Maintenance Manager and the other attendees. Engineer-A observed a surprise on the face of the GM, MM, and others.

 

The Technical Service Manager, who was our boss, advised certain items and the engineer and (A) prepared a comprehensive report giving the real issues and the repair options and forwarded them to the owners in the USA. The General Manager was transferred out and another GM was appointed.

 

Engineer A was asked to file a repair option and a report on the possibility of a second earth fault. The Unit had operated for 21 years without a second earth fault, however, engineer A, advice was the Radial Plug/Pin may have a weak point.

 

After some months engineer had health problems and he resigned.

 

This can occur in the third world but not in a developed country.

 

The true situation is:

 

It is a polite and strong appeal to all managers, GMs, and Superintendents, that they have to be true to their positions and not attempt to make intelligent, intellectual Professional engineers scapegoats just for them to escape from their own mistakes. Only incompetent nincompoop managers do.

 

The real issue is how is that none knew the 21-year of rotor earth fault problem on this particular Unit. Could this be a racial issue?
