வட மாகாணசபை

அன்புடையீர்,

 

வட மாகாண சபையெனும் நாடகமன்றத்தின் பித்தலாட்டங்களும் , ஒத்திகை நகைப்பு நாடகங்களும்   

 

வட மாகாணசபை முதல்வருக்கு பல மடல்கள் எழுதியும்  செகிடன் காதில் ஊதிய சங்குபோல பிரயோசனமில்லாமல், நேரம் வீணாகி மக்கள்தான் அழிந்து போகின்றார்கள். நான் இலங்கையை விட்டு வெளியேறி 41 வருடங்களாகின்றது. இன்றும் எனது தமிழை மறக்கவில்லை. வாழையடி வாழையாக, இந்து குலத்தில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்த ஒரு தமிழன்.

 

“சிந்தையைத் திருத்துவது சமயம்,

செயலைத்திருத்திவது சட்டம்”.

 

சமயத்தை பின்பற்றி ஆண்டவனை வழிபடுகின்றவர்கள் சிந்தையைத் திருத்துவதும் இல்லை, சட்டம் இருந்தும், சட்ட ஒழுங்குமுறைகளை யாரும் கவனிப்பதும் இல்லை, மதிப்பதும் இல்லை. கேட்டால், யானறியேன் பராபரமே என்பார்கள்.

 

ஆனால் இன்று என்ன நடக்கின்றது? நாசகாரியங்களைச் செய்யுமுன்பு  நேற்றியில் பட்டையை அடித்து, நெற்றிக்கண்ணடியில் பெரியதொரு பொட்டு வைத்து, ஆலயத்திக்கு செல்லுமுன் இவ்வாக்கியத்தை மனதுக்குள் உச்சரித்து, அதாவது; “குருப் பிரம்மா”, என்றதும், ஆண்டவா, நான் நாளைக்கு அவனை அழிப்பதற்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பது, எனக்கு வெற்றியை கொடு என்பதே. இதைத்தான் கள்ளக்கடத்தல் மன்னர்களும் ஆலயத்தில் வேண்டுவது, எம் அரசியல்வாதிகளும் வேண்டுவது அல்லவா? என்னே நாடகம்! அதோடு “சட்டம்” என்பது ஒரு இருட்டறை அல்லவா? அரசியல்வாதிகளை சட்டத்தால் ஏதேனும் செய்ய முடியுமா?

 

வட மாகாண சபையின் நாடக ஒத்திகைகளை புலம் பெயர்ந்த மக்கள் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றார்கள். மூன்றாம் உலக அரசியலையும், அதில் பங்கெடுக்கும் அங்கத்தவர்கள் தரத்தை அளவீடு செய்யுமிடத்து கிடைக்கும் விடை என்ன? சாக்கடை தரம் அல்லவா? தரம் கேட்ட நாடகக் கும்பல் என்றும் இருக்கலாமா?

 

அரசியலில் ஈடுபடுபவர்களுக்கு தொழில் வரியறை என்பது இல்லை. ஒரு சிலர் சட்டத்தரணிகள். அதிகமானோர் படிப்பறிவு அற்றவர்கள். சரி, செயற்முறை மதிநுட்பமோ, ஞானமோ, பார்த்ததும் அறிந்து கொள்ளக் கூடிய ஆற்றலோ, அறிவுகூர்மையோ,  உண்டா? ஒன்றில், சுத்த சூனியம் இல்லையேல், நெகுதி (negative) முறை செயல்படுதல்தான் காணக் கூடியதாக இருக்கின்றது.

 

இன்று, வட மாகாணசபை எப்படி செயல் படுகின்றது? இதன் அங்கத்தவர்கள் யார்? எந்தப் புற்றில் இருந்து ஊர்ந்து வந்தார்கள்? ஒரு சிலர் படித்திருந்தும் பகுத்தறிவற்றவர்கள் போல அல்லவா செயல்படுகின்றார்கள். பணமும் விளம்பரமும்தான் முக்கியம்.

 

தமிழுக்கும், தமிழ் மக்களுக்கும், ஒரு நாடு வேணுமென்று, மூடத்தனமாக, ஆய்வோ, ஆராச்சியோ செய்யாமல், தமிழ் நாட்டு மூடர்கள் சொற்கேட்டு, பயங்கரவாத போர் தொடுத்தான், மூட்டாள்  வேலுப்பிள்ளை பிரபாகரன். இப்போரில் பல ஆயிரம், ஆயிரம் இளைஞர்கள், யுவதிகள், தம் உயிரை தியாகம் செய்தார்கள். பலர், ஓடி ஒளித்தார்கள்.

 

“விதைத்தவர்கள், களை எடுத்தவர்கள், மாண்டவர்கள், யாரோ, ஆனால் இன்று பழங்களை உண்பவர்கள் வேறு யாரோ!”       

    

சரி, இனி வட மாகாணசபையின் குதர்கங்களையும் அடாவடித் தனங்களையும் ஆராய்வோம்.

 

ஒரு ஊடகத்தின் பார்வை:-

“வடமாகாண சுகாதார சுதேச வைத்தியதுறை அமைச்சின் 2013ம் வருடத்துக்கான உலர் உணவு விநியோக ஒப்பந்தத்தில், அமைச்சர் ப.சத்தியலிங்கம் பல கோடி ரூபாய்கள் மோசடி செய்துள்ளமைக்கான உறுதியான ஆதாரங்களை  முறைப்பாட்டாளர்களில் ஒருவரான கணபதிப்பிள்ளை கந்தசாமி வடமாகாண முதலமைச்சர் க.வி.விக்னேஸ்வரனுக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்துள்ளார்”.

 

இதன் அறிக்கை வட மாகாண சபை சுகாதார மந்திரிக்கு என்னால் ஒரு மடல் எழுதப்பட்டது. இதற்கு ஒரு அறிக்கையும் விடப்படவில்லை. மாகாண சபை முதல்வரோ,  மந்திரியோ, என்றால், கடவுள் அல்ல. மக்களின் சேவகர். மக்களால் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்ட பொது மக்களின் வேலையாள்.

 

ஆனால் வ.மா.சபை முதல்வலர் / மந்திரிகள் ஆசை என்ன? பகட்டு, விளம்பரம், மாலை அணிதல், கழிவறைகளைக் கட்டினாலும், அதன் திறப்பு விழாவை மாலை அணிந்து திறக்க ஆசைப்படுதல், தானே ராஜா என்ற உயர்வு மனப்பான்மை, இப்படி பலதரப்பட்ட குறைபாடுகள் இவர்களோடு ஒட்டி உள்ளன. இவர்கள் அகமுக நோக்கு குணாதியம் உள்ளவர்களா? அதாவது தன் உள்ளத்தைத் தன் பால் திருப்பி ஆய்வு செய்பவரா? (INTROVERT)அல்லது. பிறரிடம் சகஜமாகப் பழகுபவர்களா? (EXTROVERT). இவர்களுக்கு Leonardo da Vinci என்பவரைப்பற்றி எவ்வளவு தெரியும்? Leonardo da Vinci யின் திறமை என்ன? இவர்களுடைய ஊடகத்துறையின் அறிவுத்தளம் என்ன அளவு? இவர்கள்   ஊடகத்துறையின் லட்சியங்கள், கொள்கைகளை கடைப்பிடிப்பவர்களா? ஜனநாயகம்; இதன் தத்துவம், லட்சியங்கள், என்னவென்று தெரிந்தவர்களா? இவர்களுடைய அடிப்படைத்தொழில் என்ன?

 

ஆனால் பாராட்டக்கூடியது என்ன? உதாரணம்: சுரேஷ் பிரேமச்சந்திரன், சுமந்திரன், அடைக்கலநாதன். மாவை, இவர்கள் மாலைக்கு அங்கலாய்ப்பதை யாராவது பார்த்தீர்களா? இல்லையே! இவர்கள்தான் மக்களுக்காக வாழும் இன்றைய அரசியல்வாதிகள் போல தெரிகின்றது.

 

இப்படிப்பட்ட திறப்பு விழாக்களுக்கு செலவாகும் பணத்தொகை எவ்வளவு? இந்நிதிகளை மக்களுக்காக செலவழிக்கலாம் அல்லவா? வீண் பகட்டுச் செலவுகள் எதற்கு? ஒவ்வொரு மாலை என்ன விலை? முதல்வரும், அவரது சகாக்களாகிய நான்கு மந்திரிகளும், யானையைப்பார்க்க சென்ற, நால்வரைப்போல அல்லவா? அதாவது, செகிடன், குருடன், ஊமை, முடவன்?

 

அண்மையில், இலங்கை அரசாங்கம் 20 பேரூந்துகளை வட மாகாணத்திற்கு அளித்திருந்தது. முதல் பேரூந்தை முதல்வர் ஓட்டினார். இப்படிப்பட்ட செயல் இவரது கடமையா, பொறுப்பா? சிறு பிள்ளைத்தனமாக உள்ளது.

 

  

இப்படத்தை எடுத்தவரை சரவணபவான் (???) கோபத்தோடு பார்க்கின்றார் போல தோன்றுகின்றது. முதல்வருக்கும் பிடிக்கவில்லை???? இதுதான் இவர்கள் அடாவடித்தனமா? ஊடக சுதந்திரம் என்பது இவர்களுக்கு தெரியாதா? மாலைகளுக்கு அங்கலாய்க்கும் பித்தர்களை போலல்லவா தோன்றுகின்றது.

யாழ் பேரூந்து நிலைய கழிவறைகள் நிரம்பி வழிகின்றது என்று படித்தோம். எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் முதல்வரல்லவா பொறுப்பு. வேலையை வேறு யாராவது செய்தாலும், பொறுப்பு, முதல்வருடையதுதான். (Being a CM, the CM should know the responsibilities. Whatever happens, the CM is finally responsible)

 

சுன்னாக நல்ல தண்ணிக் கிணறுகளில் எண்ணை கலந்து அசுத்தமாக்கப் பட்டிருக்கின்றது. இதைப்பற்றி, முதல்வர் ஏதாவது ஒரு அறிக்கை விட்டாரா? பட்டை அடித்து, பொட்டு வைத்து, குரு பிரம்மா கூறி, மாலை அணிந்து திறப்பு விழாக்கள் நடத்துவதற்குத்தான் எமக்கு ஒரு மாகாண முதல்வர் தேவையா? சிரிக்கத்தான் வேண்டும்.

 

நீதி, நேர்மை, கடமை, கண்ணியம், கட்டுப்பாடு, எங்கே? இவை  என்னவென்று தெரியுமா?

 

சிறு பிள்ளை வேளாண்மை வீட்டிற்கு வராது என்பார்கள். எமது மாகாண சபையைப் பொறுத்த வரையில் இக்கூற்று உண்மைபோல அல்லவா உள்ளது ?

காணாமல் போனோரைப் பற்றி கூக்குரல் இடுகின்றீர்களே, உண்மையில் அரசியல்வாதிகள் உறவுகளைக் காணவில்லையா? சாதி குறைந்த இளைஜர்களும், யுவதிக்களும்தானே தங்கள் உயிரை மாய்த்தார்கள்? இல்லையேல் இக்காரணத்தை வைத்து அரசியல் லாபம் தேடுகின்றீர்களா? அதாவது அடுத்த தேர்தலுக்கு வாக்குகள்?

ஒரு சில ஆய்வுகள்:

1.    “NPC spent Rs 8.87M to refurbish schools

The Northern Provincial Council (NPC) spent Rs 8.87 million for the refurbishment of school buildings, for President Mahinda Rajapaksa's visit to Jaffna. Northern Minister of Education Thambirasa Kurukularasa said that the specific amount was spent for refurbishing school buildings, reconstructing inner roads and for colour washing”.

இதற்குரிய ஒப்பந்தக்கார புற தொழிலாளர்கள் யார், செலவுக்கனக்குகள்? Under the right to public information can you make these information open to the public?

 

2.    New vehicles to NPC Chairman and Ministers

இவ்வாகனங்களில் அம்பன், குடத்தனை, அராலி, வட்டு, பன்னாலை, கரையூர், பாசையூர், சங்கானை, சித்தங்கேணி, இந்த கிராமங்களுக்கு சென்றீர்களா? இல்லையேல் பாகுபாடா? நல்ல சாதி இடங்களுக்குத் தான் செல்வீர்களா?

 

3. “NPC squandered allocations on luxuries”. He said that in accordance with the Sri Lankan constitution, the Provincial Councils have legislative power over a variety of matters including agriculture, education, health, housing, local government, planning, road transport and social services. The PC under the TNA did not perform what they were expected to do. இதற்கு என்ன சாக்குப் போக்குச் சொல்வீர்கள்?

இத்தனை காலம் கடந்து, தூக்கத்தால் எழுந்து, மாசி பத்தில், இனப்படுகொலை எனும் குற்றச்சாட்டை வட மாகாண சபையில் நிறை வெற்றி இருக்கின்றீர்கள். என்னே நாடகம் முதல்வரே? என்ன அரசியல் நாடகமா? இல்லை குப்பத்து / சேரி நாடகமா?

இதற்கு என்ன உளறல் நாடகத் திட்டம்?

இதற்கு காவல் அதிகாரம் தேவை இல்லை. தமிழருடைய இயல்பு நிலையே இதுதான். போதாது என்று, இவர் தமிழ் தேசியக் கூட்டமைபின் அங்கத்தவர்? இப்படியான கேவல நடத்தை உள்ளவர்களை எதற்காக அரசியலில் ஈடு படுத்துகின்றீர்கள். ஏன்? இவன் வேளாளன் என்றா? சமஉரிமை கேட்கும் நீர், எதற்கு இப்படிப்பட்ட நாய்களை அரசியலில் ஆட விடுகிறீர்?

8.    மகிந்த சென்ற பின் நின்மதியாம்..! வட மாகாண சுகாதார அமைச்சர்.

இது இவர் உளறல்.

இதில் நீரும், உமது சுகாதார மந்திரியும் கடமையிலிருந்து தவறி விட்டீர்கள்.

11.  இதனிடையே சண்டிலிப்பாய் பிரதேசத்தில் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பாடசாலைகள் அனைத்தும் தனித்தனியாக நல்ல நீர் வழங்குவற்கான நீர்த்தாங்கிகள் மற்றும் நீர்ப்பரிசோதனைகளுக்கான வசதிகள் கேட்டு மாகாண கல்வி அமைச்சிற்குக் கடிதங்கள் அனுப்பியதாக தெரியவருகின்றது. இதனால் கொதிப்படைந்த மாகாண கல்வி அமைச்சர் திரு. குருகுலராஜா அவர்கள் மிகவும் கொதிப்படைந்து வைத்தியர்களின் பிரச்சாரத்தை நம்ப முடியாது எனக் கூறி நீர்த்தாங்கிகள் கேட்டவர்களைப் விரட்டியதாக குற்றஞ்சாட்டப்படுகின்றது.

இது குருகுலராஜாவின் அடாவடித்தனம்.

இந்த மனிதன் அடாவடித்தனத்தை கையிலேந்தி , “ஐயக், ஐக், என்று குளறி , ஊடக சுதந்திரத்தை நாறடிப்பதை பாரும். ஊடக சுதந்திரம் என்று தமிழ் அரசியல்வாதிகள்  கூக்குரல் இட்டதாக எமக்கு ஒரு ஜாபகம். மனைவி, பிள்ளைகளை தமிழ் நாட்டில் விட்டு, யாழில் இவர் பதவி அதிகாரத்தை துஷ்பிரயோகம் படுத்துவது, தேசப்பற்றா, இல்லை நாட்டுப்பற்றா? இப்படிப்பட்ட, துஷ்டர், மூடர்களை அரசியலில் ஈடுபடுத்துவது, TNA, குற்றம், அதோடு, வாக்களித்தது, மந்தைக்கூட்டம் குற்றம்.

13. இலங்கை போக்குவரத்துச் சபையின் யாழ்ப்பாண பஸ் நிலையத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள மலசலகூடத்தின் கழிவு, சுமார் 15 நாட்களாக அகற்றப்படாததைக் கண்டித்து பஸ் நடத்துநர்களும் சாரதிகளும் புதன்கிழமை (11) பணிப்பகிஷ்கரிப்பு போராட்டம் செய்தனர்.

இதற்கும் முதல்வர் என்ற பதவியில் நீர் தான் பொறுப்பு?

14. ஆனால் இப்போது கம்பவாரிதி ஜெயராஜுக்கும், முதலமைச்சர் விக்னேஸ்வரனுக்கும் இடையில் கொழுவல் ஏற்பட்டு விட்டது. கம்பவாரிதிக்கு வாய்க் கொழுப்பு அதிகம் என்று மொட்டையாக சொல்லி மழுப்புகின்றார் முதலமைச்சர். இருப்பினும் யதார்த்தவாதி வெகுஜன விரோதி என்ற நிலைதான் கம்பவாரிதிக்கு ஏற்பட்டு உள்ளது.

“நாங்கள் எழுதிக் கொடுக்கின்றவற்றைத்தான் கம்பன் விழாவில் வாசித்து வந்தவர் விக்னேஸ்வரன் ஐயா. எழுதிக் கொடுக்கப்படுகின்றவற்றைத்தான் இப்போதும் முதலமைச்சராக வாசிக்கின்றார். இவருக்கு எப்போதுமே சுய புத்தி இருந்தது இல்லை.”

எழுதிகொடுப்பதை வாசிக்கும் உமக்கு சுய புத்தி இருக்குமா என்பது நியாயமான கேள்வி?

தமிழனுக்கு மானம், வெட்கம், ரோஷம், ஏதாவது உள்ளதா? சீ வெட்கம் கெட்ட பிழைப்பு.

16. தமிழருக்கு புதிதாக எதுவும் தரவில்லை. பறித்தவற்றையே வழங்குகிறது மைத்திரி அரசு என்று சிங்கள ஆட்சியாளர்கள் முன் நிலையிலேயே வடமாகாண முதல்வர் விக்கினேஸ்வரன் தெரிவித்துள்ளமை பெரும் சலசலப்பை தோற்றுவித்துள்ளது. எம்மிடமிருந்து பறித்தவற்றையும், எமக்குச் சட்டப்படி வழங்க வேண்டியவற்றையுமே புதிய அரசு தருகின்றது.    

என்ன, அடுத்த தேர்தலுக்கு ஆயத்தமா? நீரோ கொழும்பில் வாழ்ந்தவர். உமக்கு அம்பன், குடத்தனை எங்கே இருக்கின்று தெரியாது. உம்மிடம் எதனைப் பறித்தார்கள். உளறலை விட்டு, மக்களுக்கு ஏதாவது நல்லது செய்ய எண்ணினால், செய்யும். For centuries, the Arab nations have been slaves to the West. The West plundered the East, Africa and the Middle Eastern nations. The Arab nations have oil and natural resources. How long do the Arab nations intend to be slaves? Turkey is a massive, resource-rich nation similar to Persia (Iran). It is high time the slave country, like Israel, tries to dominate Iran (Persia). All Middle Eastern countries could rise against the West in peace. If the West has intelligence, it could agree and resonate with the Middle East. Why would they want to plunder another country? People like Trump, Tony Blair, etc have a lack of political intelligence. The Middle Eastern countries could form an organisation like NATO to defend against any oppression. This is a suggestion to the Arab Nations. Please do not be cowards. Persia-Iran is a vital intellectual nation, similar to Turkey. Iran respects humanity. Rise against, like Burkina Faso. The organisation is purely defensive.

 

It's high time the world put Trump into a cage.

Comments about Arab Nations except Iran (Persia):

 

Countries like Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, etc. are ruled by a single family. The king owns several expensive cars, gold-plated utensils, aircraft, etc. What have they given to their people? Assets owned in Dubai: Who owns them? Who is Dubai making rich? People like Trump, etc., support the single king country so that they can also swim in their assets. The term Genocide in Sri Lanka

1.      Genocide:

Quote AI; Genocide is considered an international crime and is defined by the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (1948). It involves acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group.

4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group.
5. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

2.      LTTE

Firstly, before discussing the LTTE war aspect, let us dissect and analyze whether the act of genocide of Tamils transpired in SL over the past 77 years. Tamils lived and lived in all parts of the island, doing business, carrying out professional work, carrying out legal work etc.

Can we quote the British conquest of India and Ceylon as genocide or invasion? It was an invasion. Similarly, the Indian Kings of the South also invaded Ceylon. Did history quote in its text as genocide? Therefore, foreign powers coming into another country are referred to as invasions.

3.      Racism

Racism is universal. In any country, people are faced with “Racism”. In Sri Lanka, “racism” prevailed before 2024, and racial riots occurred in 1956,1958, 1977, 1983. Every racial riot had a particular reason for kicking off. The killing of 13 army soldiers on the main road at Tirunelveli Road in Jaffna kicked off a racial riot in 1983, which was a serious concern for all. The bombing was organised by the LTTE, which was a cowardly act. The inner secret of bombing the army staff at Tirunelveli must be addressed in a different chapter.

Before 2024, and even now, Tamils were and are still in government jobs, doing business all over the country. The only difference is that the Tamil politicians were involved in protests and caused damage to the economy and the growth of the country.

The writer can prove that the LTTE group caused serious destruction to the Sri Lankan people and assets (movable & immovable) worth millions of dollars. What is the root cause of this destruction?

The author of this article grew up in the Southern village of “Kamburupitiya” from 1950 to 1956. This village had no electricity, water, sewage disposal system, no good roads etc. However, even in this village, Tamils were owning shops and doing business. Therefore, the writer cannot conclude that Tamils were isolated, oppressed and discriminated against. However, the North had good colleges, good roads, etc.

The main driver here is that the Tamil elites are greedy and fond of wealth and power. Tamils wanted to hold all government jobs. Apartheid prevailed in the North & East. The elites who controlled the N&E politics were practising apartheid. The Tamil politicians were not fond of joining the governing party to govern SL. They wanted a separate state or a federal structure so that they could govern themselves. The main driver here is that” Tamils are Racists”. Not only that but also practice apartheid within their own Tamil community oppressing and discriminating against their own Tamils of non-elite groups. The elite Tamils think that non-elites have no brain, perception or intelligence. This is considered a severe weakness in the Tamil race.

SJV Chelvanayagam, a Tamil politician who was born in Malaysia was elected the Tamil leader. He was in the state assembly in 1947 during the British time. However, after receiving independence, SJVC demanded a federal structure from the Sri Lankan government, not before independence during the British time.

A proper study and analysis will aid us in concluding who the racists are in SL.

4.      Post-1987

Post-1987 period: LTTE was instrumental in the murder of most of the leaders of other groups. The question of establishing their base at Mullaitivu, (Mullivaykal) is a different matter with in-depth studies. They planned cunningly to kill political opponents. Uma Maheswaran was the leader of PLOTE and was an educated honest person. He was a surveyor in the government department. He was eliminated by his opponents. The purpose of LTTE moving to Mullaitivu was to develop a deep political strategy by anti-socialists.

LTTE had already kept civilians as human shields at Mullivaykal. What occurred at Mullivaykal was a war between the so-called LTTE and the military. It is known that the military did not start operations to kill civilians, but the LTTE cadre. Death occurs in a war anyway. We Tamils are cashing in on this situation that SL carried out genocide. Most Tamils migrate to the West and, after some time, enter politics and claim genocide. Although they move in as refugees or something, and after some time, they enter politics. This is Prabakaran’s theory.

5.      Conclusion

Tamil diaspora are only interested in avenging SL for their defeat (LTTE). In the name of LTTE, a significant number of Tamils have become rich and are having a rich life. Even now one joker in Tamil Nadu claims that Prabakaran is alive and his daughter will rise to leadership. The root cause is that the LTTE (leftovers) are running out of money and want to collect money. The Tamil diaspora and the leftover LTTE are influencing the West to support their cause. The LTTE guy known as Kumaran Pathmanathan is alive in SL and could be contacted to know the truth. The government currently holding power is not a communist government, but is interested in the welfare of its people and is against bribery and corruption. We, the Sri Lankans, request the West and the world not to interfere with the affairs of Sri Lanka; however, they could help SL in any way to improve its relations with the rest of the world and improve in technological advancement.

The world should punish those who claim what happened in SL is genocide. Sri Lanka shall enact a law in its constitution that anyone who claims falsely that there was a genocide in SL should be debarred from entering SL and punished.
